When it was originally listed, I seem to remember SOH strongly suggesting or even explicitly stating that there was a likely move to AIM at some point. Without that move, I fear for the company as I struggle to see how, at this ridiculous valuation, it could raise money if required. Any stock issuance would amount to stealing from shareholders at these depressed valuations

Elrico, did you put the concerns that people have tried to put to him at company Q&As but which the company ignores because they only take softball questions at those events?

I disagree about Sweet and your view of SOH’s handling of it. By signing with DSM-Firmenech, he has shown that he is prepared to think strategically and hand over a large amount of control to a multinational much bigger than Tates, in order to improve the chances of commercial success.

That’s not to say he hasn’t made mistakes with it along the way.

SOH has done little to justify faith in his words and the phrase, 'fool me once play' is fair.

When we were in the single figures I thought that if we ever reach anywhere near my break even, I'd be out. Then we surpassed my averaged down break even and I stayed in. That was on the back of the Reach RNS and specifically, the fact that a timescale was laid out for Sweet. That timescale wasn't adhered to and we drifted back down. More fool me.

As for the other products, I just don't have any faith in them achieving profitability. The last few years speak for themselves.

This remains a Sweet or bust share for me. SOH knows that is why this stock generated any interest which is why we have the plea for stock holders to respect the companies' need for confidentiality.

Here's a deal, I'll respect the need for confidentiality if you respect the timelines and expectations you set out.

It’s really annoying that he can make these predictions last year with fairly solid time scales and then just completely ignore them down the line. No wonder trust in him is low

I just completely ignored the share price here. Given the absurdity of the market it is listed on, I don't think share price has much significance. It's clear that this market is not fit for purpose as a determiner of value.

That being said, if I know that, the highly paid individuals who placed us there should know if too.

The whole argument that costs were lower is nonsensical given that, without the ability to realise an accurate market price, it's impossible to fund raise at anything like good value while here instead of AIM.

We need to lose the Yorkshire Seed Fund overhang. I think that they are committed sellers consistently selling into huge volume and suppressing the price

This stock is for the investor who invests in the early stages of innovation, not the man who looks for small compound growth of well established companies.

I like charts as much as the next man. And no doubt that technicals will play a part in the shape of the price journey, but this will shift either way on publicity and fundamentals. It's always been the way with Opti.

The SP is responding to technicals. As said, that's why they never move in a straight line. Not everybody is in it for long haul

Agreed. More than a short term share rise, would be nice if this led to more interest from the media and more press in general.

This is an innovative British product on sale globally. Would be great to see the British media at least showing an interest. I know they mainly focus on entirely negative stories but it would be great to see more coverage of this. Sales would surely follow.
