I am going to have a look but I hadn't seen this.

It seems that you constantly say you don't believe this is going anywhere bit down to zero, that you would feel at any price, and yet never take the opportunity to sell. It's very odd.

I remain invested in a stock that I have nearly lost all hope with, but I don't sell because at this point there is no point and I still see some redeeming features in it. You on the other hand state you will sell and then....you don't.

I'm curious because you offered me investment advice last week, what is your thinking on this?

On a side note, it doesn’t appear to be restricted to current shareholders.

I've run out of patience and emailed the company regarding timelines for this to be concluded. Last week's RNS just offered vague terms such as 'shortly' which is ultimately meaningless.

The bottom line is that it should have been done by now and they should have been at it all weekend to get it out today.

These are highly paid executives here seemingly unable to work to a deadline.

Good to see him adding, as said, albeit a small amount. However, he’s an accountant and they’re more careful with their money that Ebeneezer Scrooge pre LSD phase.

At least he is adding though. It annoyed me in the past when we had directors who never put any of their own money in.

Good news there for sure.

Revenue up a lot , margins up a lot, the promise of more growth to come.

Promise of cuts in costs to come with some big numbers attached in that area.

I don’t think there’s a world in which we break even next year unless something miraculous happens with Sweet, maybe the year after though if things go very well.

Be interesting to know what the cash burn looks like now with some of those cuts in place and higher revenue this year so far. That’s the concern because we’ve raided the piggy bank so hopefully we are in a good spot for not burning through that cash reserve too quickly.

That’s the way my very amateur eyes see it.

It was fair to give them some leeway with the timing. Following the content of the last RNS about this and when it was released, this is now out of order.

The company have an obligation to shareholders and should now release an update.

I'd be happy with break even as it would be massive progress from where we've been.

In a sense but it won’t substantially impact us because our % is so small. My hope for Skin is that Mark Dixon makes a bid for the company and I take a healthy profit. That would clearly be beneficial to Opti as our average sale price for the shares we held would be much lower than that so it increases the value we would have extracted from that stock. I think before the last big sale, our average was circa 17pence. It would obviously be much lower based on the last transaction.

In the past, our SP had depreciated way below the value of our holdings. We were ripe for big moves based purely off of that. Now, the value is more about risk tolerance. I remember buying in low previously because a few posters had broken down that Opti’s business and potential was a free ride. It’s no longer a free ride.

I would say that those previous rises in the last few years came when Opti’s market cap was lower than even its holdings in other companies which is no longer the case. Now it’s entirely about what Opti can produce which is slightly different. I guess the appetite for risk here is low. Understandably.

I am surprised at the complete lack of interest following last week's news. I had expected a decent response to the news. I'm wondering why it's so muted.

Perhaps ex shareholders who still stick around and see themselves as possible future investors could enlighten me.

I know some on another forum questioned what this demonstration was going to look like and how substantive it would be.

I added a small amount last week as I was convinced that the news would lead people to think it was worth a punt.

In fairness Toyin while it’s labelled a Reach RNS it has more weight than prior Reach RNS because it contains information about actual products containing Sweet which will be demonstrated for investors. I consider than substantive news.

Long time watchers, holders, ex holders, the market has been waiting nearly ten years for substantive news that Sweet might make it's way on to shelves. I think this is the best substantive news we've had on it for many years since the announcement of the £100k pa payment.

At this price it's a fantastic opportunity for traders and investors.
