That is a good point. YSF are probably selling into it a bit now that the volumes have picked up. Hopefully that explains the price movement. If it is the case that it is mainly them, then there is some good news to be taken from the further diminishing their holding and those shares being picked up by people without a mandate to adhere to.

We've seen before that the market has lost trust in SOH and his promises of what's to come. Understandably.

There's been some really heavy selling into this latest news. A short bump that felt muted and now it's below the price it was at the announcement. This is something we've seen over the past couple of years as the market indicates a loss of faith in SOH.

Theore I've thought about it, the more concerned I am with SOH's desire to further sell down holdings elsewhere. I think until we can be sure of what's to come with our own products, the more prudent move is to continue to be diversified through our investments elsewhere. There's little value for shareholders in our holding in Skin being sold off to pay the wages of people who work at Opti after years of those people not being able to find a way of finding their salaries through creating value for the company.

Just a thought.

The Nouri product looks well recieved. Great to see and hopefully it catches on. Seems like such an easy to use product.

Also, good to see the tick tock mentioned again Mol, I haven't seen it for a while. Late June eh. Something to watch for.

Whatever the merits of past sales of Skin, my view is that future sales would be a bad idea indeed.

Unlike many, I didn't buy into Skin when it was initially spun out because I considered my holding in Opti to be large enough to benefit from any growth there. As our holding in Skin has lessened considerably, Skin's market cap has grown and I believe it could blow be in a position to really push on so have added some to my portfolio.

If Opti still can't manage to survive on its own merits, I think there's a rather solid argument to say that shareholders would benefit from it being a holding company for Skin. Hindsight suggest that would have been a good idea originally but with the continued lack of success here and inability to pay the bills, it becomes more, not less compelling with time.

Whatever I think of SBTX and the moves there, and I can see merits for the different viewpoints, it seems totally clear toe that the PBX rollout has been an utter disaster for Opti and those of us who received a dividend.

Every aspect of it has been shoddy from the exchange to the management of the company to the agreement on how Opti can vote with our shares, to the apparently fraudulent (sue me if you want anyone from PBX watching) recent dilution.

It seems to me now that it was a massive exercise in SOH admitting that shareholders had not received the sales previously promised so we were fobbed off with a dividend that ultimately proves very costly to our holdings as a whole.

To try and mitigate my earlier not so optimistic posts, I do see hope for Morepen and also think that the American lemonade is a great sounding product which could really go places. The once a day drink is something I personally would definitely buy and I think opens up a massive amount more people. I look forward to other flavours and once a day products being released. I eat a lot of protein products and could potentially see it in yoghurts, bars and so on if it is successful in the lemonade.

Interesting but I read the Amazon part as bearish for a couple of reasons. Amazon charge a fortune to be high up on their search lists. For me, with such a small subscriber base we will continue to pay Amazon a huge amount of money for quite a while at a loss to ourselves in order to try and grow that subscriber number.

Lastly, I was not heartened by the company bragging about such a small number of subscribers. That they think this is something to brag about suggests to me that their expectations are extremely low indeed.

They probably should have at least changed the language up if they're going to say the same thing as a year ago. Wonder what the phrasing will be next year.

I stand by the rest though and I suspect that even a lot of the people spreading this rumour do too because I know for sure that if I believed it, I would have bought enough to make a decent dent in the share price. The fact that it hasn’t moved tells me that people don’t really buy it

The idea that only now, after years of supposed interest and discussions and a couple of years after Sweet was successfully adjusted for mass production, Pepsi and/or Coke are visiting Firmenech to look at and judge the process, seems entirely fanciful and actually would be very bad news indeed.

This has the sniff of a total fabrication.

Firstly, they are huge competitors and certainly wouldn’t be coming together.

Secondly, this was supposedly nearly done 18 months ago, if they have t even been satisfied by taste and production yet, that means there is another God knows how much more time to run (given they were supposedly at or near that point 18 months ago and we’re still here).

I just don’t buy any of it and for that reason, will give SOH and Opti a pass on this and put the blame probably on TW as he has form for starting rumours of imminent major news. To my knowledge, Elrico hasn’t got the same form and is probably just repeating what TW told him.

Just another way to keep investors dangling in the absence thus far of substantial positive news.

I've never been a fan of our products from H&B and our own site (except for the sweets, they were good) For me, the opportunity has always been about using our great technology and ingredient in a great and easy to use product.

That's why the lemonade seems such a great product.

In addition, while the app wouldn't be for me, I get that lots of people really love that stuff and it's a growth market in terms with how people use their phones to track and manage their health.

Still no news on Sweet though which is WELL overdue. I wonder if they were entirely honest with where the negotiations were at previously and the amount of people interested. Hard to imagine why a couple of at least one hasn't bitten and launched if they actually liked the product two years ago.

I wish it was available here. Such an easy to use product.

Due to some very fortunate investments elsewhere over the last few years, Opti has become a much smaller part of my portfolio. The last week has caused a bit of havoc in those investments alongside some poor choices so if Opti were to come good soon, it would be excellent and extremely fortuitous timing.

He really is a disgusting old fraud.

Particularly telling is the lack of accountability for SOH’s promises on Sweet made in Feb 24.

I won’t take people who write about the company seriously until they use their access to hold his feet to the fire. It’s all very well being granted access but if the price for that is just to be his mouthpiece then it’s pointless anyone else listening.

He made claims and should be accountable for them

I get the call for positivity or at least, not being negative. I’m going for just a shade towards positive from neutral on this news.

I’ve lost count of how many RNS there have been about deals launched and implicit or explicit promises of revenue from those deals to come. It’s not completely surprising that the high levels of excitement I used to feel isn’t replicated by this news today.

That being said, some positives. I’ve long thought that Slim asks for consumers to be ultra disciplined in how they take it. 3 times a day after meals isn’t all that easy when you’re out and about at work etc. As pointed out already, this product being once a day I think is a massive change and makes it much more appealing and accessible. Remember, we are dealing with people who by and large lack any discipline around their food (I know from experience) so the more accessible it is, the better for them and us. That for me is by far the biggest positive from the RNS. Any expectation of future sales from this particular deal are muted on a wait and see basis.

I’ll admit I’m jaded here with this stock but I’ll ride your optimism for a few weeks TW. I’m a sucker for the dream.

Can’t see anything other than a product launch with Sweet in a major brand doing anything to the price though.

In fairness to most of us TW, the optimism has been beaten out of us over the course of years of unfulfilled promises and failed timelines. Results now are all that counts, not words from SOH about what's round the corner. That includes deals signed too, they mean nothing until they affect sales.
