Hey who knows..my sense is that todays intra day high will be the close for tomorrow with perhaps a new intra day high of 11.6 and a close of 11.2. Pure guess.

Lovering has already said he is off on appointment of replacement. Therefore new chairman who may well want a new CFO.

Can someone kindly explain what a rerate is?? The market doesn t go well...lets have a rerate. Its dependent on more buyers than sellers demand supply etc. Simple market forces..its spoken about like an event?

I would totally agree Twisty. I do however think that the last 2 weeks will have cleared out a fair wedge of speculative traders.

Swimmimg in debt. Gone through financials and BOD will have to thread very small thread through small eye of needle to survive...that or sell to a larger competitor that can repair balance sheet and take on existing book and liabilities.

The FOS challenge is doubtless happening behind scenes and the report that eventually comes out will be interesting. I don t think that CMCs are part of FCA jurisdiction but clearly these guys are in for tougher and tighter regs to prevent the farce. Every complaint still needs to be processed which is a drain on resource and slows up the valid claims. I notice we have put on ice certain types of claim where a guarantor had to step in. I suspect we are talking with FOS about the treatment of these borderline cases. I think we will see remediation for many of these claims being non financial. So removal of any record on credit scores springs to mind. This will mean people get a fair result with any negative effect nuetralised but the CMCs will get nothing which will discourage them.

No chance that can happen until after October deadline. Then you have the half year results end of november..i think you re all a good month early with that hope. Lets say this an RNS next week (.i d be staggered) would suggest complaints are nothing like as bad as provisioned for. My personal guess is that there will be an overhang with complaints and that we ll have other fires that need putting out. Getting payments in and paying down debt is actually the most important thing. Here s hoping.

FCA will always act proportionally so whatever they fine Amigo it will be so as not to damage the business unduly. This is one of their 7 principles. Further, any back book remediation you refer to is countered by the inveztigation which found no systemic issues. You will find the FCA wind up their findings by spring. If you believe the narrative you re putting forward then its probably best you find another investment as this one isn t for you. I ll be holding my 1.21m shares though. Cheers.

Maybe Mark. I think you know by now i usually expect things to drag lol...i think relending will help a lot but its then visibility of loan volume which will likely be prudent for a couple of Qs. Market will want to see the numbers settle, predictable level of defaults. FCA publishing review etc..30p by christmas will do mind lol-))

If you think the SP will hit 20p whats the issue buying st 10 or 13 or 15??..i am balls deep with 1M+ at 10p so not doing anymore avging up down or sideways. playing tbe patient game hereon. GLA

i think if we saw a similar move tomorrow we can draw a line under the SP bottom finally. Another drop below 9p would be a drag but i m expecting more fun from MMs until stock becomes illiquid with Holders. Lets see.

I only did 1 tour around the Gulf this end. I bought semi skimmed and a lion bar. After that they became a BP garage.
