I have a horrid feeling that we ll see knee jerk drops regardless of outcome. It may be a full 2 weeks of sinking feelings before the Win Win outcome starts to show itself. At an avg of 10p i m way too close to that to feel relaxed????

Absolute tosh. No one knows the outcome of the vote. External shareholder dealing services manage this under strict rules as part of 3rd party admin processes bound by law. GC was looking for compomises to keep JB at bay and the board disagrees. This doesnt mean jB has won or that GC is joining him. If anything the board ceel likely to win hence no compromise. Now i m xontradixting myself abd playing out another valid perspective. Point is this a distraction from the building rexovery story. Outcome of vote is win win

GC left because the board wouldn t back him to tackle the FCA head on. He has a stake in Amigo of hefty size and can t control the strategy/direction so he walks. Reading between the lines the disagreement must surely be around the treatment of comps payments. This is the biggy to fall out about not choice of biscuit. Can we infer therefore that JB who intends pushing back on FCA is aligned moreso with Glen?? Hence he leaves to free up his ability to vote and the effective lobbying that JB had done in oublic to effectively woo Gc over. I don t think its that hard to figure.

May i remind everyone of the win-win consensus we came to..JB loses and the board will be making positive noise about the turnaround..jennison has already started that process...settled picture, clear direction with II backing= SP going north. Think about it. Jb loses and what doesn t happen is an RNS which says we ve got no cash and going into admin lol.....there is nothing to panic over even if volatility says otherwise.

Figgy..if JB and Glen pair up and oust the board this will rocket!! There is one little clue which MIGHT infer this that i can hang a hat on..JB made a comment about Glen drinking coctktails for ladies....i would only do that if i knew it was a private joke and that by saying it public i d get a laugh...if they were on anything other than good terms JB would actually not say it. It sort of hints at stuff..i know its reading a lot into a little but thats a useful breadcrumb i think.

Lets think this through in the cold light of day. GC divergence of opinion with Board. I believe as JB points out that they disagree on what or how to meet FCA requirements and how to operationally run business but there must be more to it. Either way Glen has a substantial holding in Amigo with no control. He has resigned to exercise his voting rights and get that control back. Further the vote must be tight as letting GC walk is because they don t want to conceed or compromise and they think they can his votes to go against them. Behaviour is confident of a win on both sides. I sadly think JB may still lose albeit narrowly.....very hard to call BUT its not all about which side wins...there will be a window where the business turnaround but...i suspect they may be storing upbthe same longer term problems so i I would look to exit north of 20p rather than hold as i would with JB

The BOD announcement 2 weeks ago was that GC would not be involved with JB as CEO. This was not GC s decision but playing the party line imposed on him by board. With him leaving does anyone really think for a moment that he ll be voting with the baord lol. Of course the fck not. He will vote for JB. If JB doesn t win the SP will crash down still only temporarily. I suspect with what does Glen own 7%?? Thats a good wedge of votes so looking goodnfor JB.

Perhaps the last 10 days or so has been the broker offloading shares that they ve been sat on from JB. I suggested this might be the case at the time and now it feels likely as an explanation. Therefore the rises we expected then are finally happening now?

Individual ownership of property is not a measure of wealth. Sorry but the germans have it right and aren t a mortgage based ponzi scheme like the UK. 40% ownership and you can t pass on more than i beleive 25% of a mortgage to the renter..so you don t have a systemw whereby people pay your mortgage. You have long term.generational family wealth who own swathes of.property but the deals are very fair for renters who have rights that are way beyond what renters get in the UK. Its 1. A very good and.fair system.2. Not a measure of wealth per capita.

agree Thaw...I hope the complaints can be dealt with and that a definitive line can be drawn..i really hope there isn't some undefinable drip of complaints...october this should be over..!!!

Further not one complaints handler via a 3rd Party is going to based in Bournemouth mush..its all done remotely and finally as a recruiter in exactly this space you're never EVER going to put on a public advert a role that says "Guarantor Lending" . Hey...why not call up all the other recruiters and just invite them to start filling your roles LOL. Hi Viking..I agree that this will probably go up when hope against hope has been exahusted. I can't help feeling that with so many PI's the larger fish will hold this down to get their stock cheap, which is a process that needs false dawns and pyschological warfare. The more I see people sell the more confident I ll start feeling...will hold this end indefinitely as its a racing cert to see 20p+ again. at some point.
