Having called this last week prior to latest events i would sugges that BooHoo is going to have a BOD shuffle. What will come to lightni cultural issues in the business and ethical standards in other areas falling short. This will get played out in the press and i expect further reputational damage to the brand in the near term. New leadership needed to draw eventual line under this. Longer term a great buy so worth getting in in tranches.

It almost certainly won t be hit of course. There is guaranteed to be an overhang made up of exceptions, new complaints and challenging FOS on some of the decisions. What i hope is that we have it back under control and we have visibility and clear guidance. Then we can start lending.
