Annie 38 ......if my memory serves me right you and I are old veterans from irons earliest days 7 years ago which partially explains why there is no belief in the company ie investor fatigue.The other reason is how little faith there is in GC companies. Both are wide of the mark. An example of the latter I posted a couple of months ago a GC company recommending it at 4p ,today it’s 43p. This company will 20 to 30 bag but no one listened ,one of the most exiting companies I’ve seen for years......
Regarding Iron, Eales is brilliant and he will grow this company to be a mining star and furthermore he’s in a hurry...............

A lot said about his share options and clearly designed to keep him focussed..what’s important to me and having read up profusely concerning this man is he is one of the few men who could get the production job done. He has an impeccable track record and his handling of Rainbow Rare Earth has shown exactly what this man is capable of. One interview watch and your left in no doubt what he is will deliver...
I have written here over the last year or so saying that Cox should have been replaced. I am glad to see this carried out. Being an open cast mine with all the necessary paperwork in place I anticipate a rapid upturn here.........DYOR..

Awstin. Frampton........ I fully understand both your positions regarding Amerisur and concede that this Co is nota shinning example of GC at his best but if you look at Barkby Group the picture is very different. We have a company here now capitalised at 50M from 2M just a few months ago..I have been fighting an up hill battle to explain how I see Ironveld and Kazera and have to say mostly it falls on deaf ears.....I tried to get people on board at Barkby when the price was 4 p. , again no response..now nearly 40 p. The performance of iron and kazera has hardly been an easy sell ,however the turn is coming ........................

I deliberately left out Amerisur because this is a sold business STC. The company if memory serves me right at height was at 60p , cap at approaching well over half a billion, not bad from a shell Co called Chaco Inv
With regard to Ironveld. There hasn’t been much news here to report. Eyles will soon dispense with that. Excuse my spelling of his name,the computer insisted on Eagles.......
Regarding Kazera, I have posted many times talking about the lack of news flow. I would only reiterate that we are working in a niche market that to secure the top company offloaders we have to conduct our dealings behind closed doors. LJ has underlined this as a condition or any future partner. A price worth paying to secure top companies.with a sound future.
I take it you meant GC was a small fish in a big pond.....................

for bargain basement shares in all three of GCs companies......As I have repeated the same message for the best part of seven years namely that Giles Clarke is one of the best entrepreneurs around today. Why do I say this? It’s simple, the Giles Clarke formula.......
1. Always have a 20 to 30 multibagging product. All GC Companies have this.
2. Always play with the right people. GC has a vast network of highly influential contacts.
3. Add GCs amazing skills of organisation and we have success.

Kazera has Larry. Johnson probably the best Tantalum man in the world with over 30 years experience with just on three years at the helm. Vast progress being made here with the jorcs and the new Trading arm. News very soon.
Ironveld. Again , an outstanding CEO in Martin Eagles. Brought the only rare earth company in Africa to production in less than four years .A go getting CEO if ever I saw one. Irank him outstanding...........
Barkby. What can I Say hère ,Executive Chairman Charles Dickson. Just the most amazing entrepreneur I have seen for many a year.....This company is set for the top 100 UK companies. The board and fellow directors reads like a whose who in the business world. Absolutely jaw dropping reading the prospectus . Fully recommend....
Finally I Have always said that the three companies above being out of the GC stable will have a knock on effect as far as confidence is concerned. Once it happens in one, the others will follow.......................DYOR............

Absolute Zero is the chance here. There is an outside chance of a partnership but again highly unlikely. LJ has all the equipment under the bonnet to build this business and his game plan hasn’t changed one inch from three years ago.. My conviction in this company hasn’t changed one inch either. Again this will be a good year for all three GC companies................................

Price opened at 26.50 and is now 2945. Had thought would open at 30.00 so underlines should never comment on share prices. It’s very clear to me that the market site is not up and running properly yet. Hargreaves Lansdowne have no site or price quote. It will obviously take a while to run in.....I have only managed to find one site under sovereign quoting 29.45 ,no other info given.
I know GC probably reads some of our posts and would like to take this opportunity to thank GILES CLARKE for the way in which he has handled this very difficult conversion fro SMA, nothing short of a master stroke in such a very short time scale.
No one on this site can be in any doubt now where Iron and Kazera are going......both companies have probably the best CEO s in their fields in the world....

Mr. C.........Atlast there is a GC. Company that is a pointer to that of Kazera Global Trading. S.M.A was a Shell company until G C took over . The mining element was dropped and a suitable business was sort. Over two years G C could have dropped shareholders in the mire but didn’t even to the tune of taking us on the poor NEX market, the company is of course Barkby.... the point I make here is KGT has GC and LJ so why would this be different? Yes an act of faith read..
KGT inc 23.1.2019...first accounts 31.1.2020 due23.10.2020.....first statement date 22.1.2020. Due 5.2.2020....listed wholesale trade....almost certainly wholly owned sub but should be checked Com House......................
Again I expect an impressive company here and followed by others ....our CEO has a lot to offer........

T P. Always interested to read your take on events. I take on board much that you say and as you know I always choose my words carefully.. I said other start up companies and acquisitions indeed this is exactly what Kazera Trading has been started with , namely a flat in Chelsea......I have answered this question regarding figures namely I am backing the men at this early stage.....
I wouldagain refer you to Barkby Group only because GC has put this together in little over a year....I stick by my earlier posts and that 2020 will be his year with all three companies.
Barkby hits the AIM market Tuesday, I expect it to be well received with a capitalisation in excess of 41 M. We shall see................................

As we finalise the jorc phase 1 programme it could be the catalyst necessary to spark a third party link up. Let’s hope so..
Just as appetising to me is the Kazera Trading Co which has all the hallmarks of a very large Co in itself.. LJ in the last few years has made it abundantly clear he wants to expand the non core businesses in which ever way he can.... I would expect to see other start up companies / acquisitions in the year ahead... this would be a major step forward in the financing of the company and would certainly have the necessary figures for the ever hungry investor................

Completely changing the subject I have been very active in the Ironveld, Kazera markets. Time is running out here for purchasing ridiculously cheap shares in both and thus accumulating big quantities..... As I have posted on these boards this will be GCs year helped in part by the BoJo effect. Don’t be caught out here............. GL...

Ismalia........... No neither! Just my gut feeling think we will open on 7th at 30p plus...... I have now read the prospectus from front to back twice ! My feeling is the company will be well received where it will settle who knows ! What I work on is what is known.... the executive chair is exceptional , the board exceptionally experienced ..... we have a mix of companies here led by the jewel in the crown the property co.. This will be a fast moving company which will require bedding in at every stage...... Many companies have come to grief expanding too fast....I don’t think this will be the case ,our CEO has a wealth of experience...............GL

Hi Ismalia... yes interesting analysis of Ironveld.. The way I See this is by GC taking on a new CEO which is what I wrote about a year ago saying Cox whilst being a brilliant man with an encyclopaedic brain was just not CEO material. GC with this move has signalled to me that he is going back to the original plan to develop the project with the original 3 x 15 KW Smelters and possibly the 7.5 kw smelters. A third party might already be in place. Where I disagree is that this will not be sold . With this in mind I am serious investing in this company as we speak on an already large holding here................

Hi Ismalia. I note your mention of Ironveld and its forward performance... As you may know I have written about Ironveld as well as Kazera Global.. I have been in the former for 8 years now. The future for both is bright indeed a sea change is imminent for both.. There is no way the company Ironveld will sell off its assets , a third party is the most likely outcome especially with the new CEO now in place. In any event we won’t have long to wait.. I hope there won’t be a private buy out here.. What’s your take. .?
