As we complete the above in three and half years from a company run by Peter Hibberd of Kennedy V selling bog standard product that every mining company had .....we will now be able to produce a world class product with a guaranteed end user to secure continuity.....The road has not been easy for company or shareholders alike but will have been produced in a breakneck time.....LJ has always made it crystal clear the non disclosure of financial figures was the trade off for securing a top class end user to fit our world class product......The declared aim of LJ to produce a quality Global business is on track,Covid 19 aside and once a deal is done we will have the makings of an impressive ,fully sustainable business............

Have noted you aren't quite so negative on Ironveld now! ........can't think why!......Big news will arrive here shortly........As you treat every board member with such contempt just move on .......There are many more companies out there to slam off...........

No doubt speculation on above...............Now well over 4 months since last update expecting significant news most likely mid june........a possible game changer coming...............................

As things stand as of today IIG is firmly locked into the above agreement which if not executed by the 17th June will forfeit £210 K not an inconsiderable sum......its good to see Rule 9 was not an issue here .....Each side has a vested interest in seeing this agreement through....Anyone who thinks this will founder is wide of the mark.....If this was going to happen I know from experience it would have been in the first few weeks ,not some 9 weeks later.....The two loans required here will be forthcoming but have only been delayed.....
Look at the facts......We have two highly experienced men at Ironveld especially Martin Eyles who ran Rare Earth Minerals for five years making it the first REM company to get into production.....IIG is one of South Africa’s largest and most successful investment operators who have identified Ironveld as a near term production Company. .....With lockdown being lifted shortly the future here with an agreement in place will transform Ironveld into a major HPI,Vanadium and Tantalum player...........................

Almost forgot Transend Packaging.........this brilliant Co has a big contract with McDonalds which has a good takeaway business.....Plastic being fazed out in favour in favour of combustible paper cups and straws.....development well advanced for the first paper disposable bendy straw for tetra pack......very exciting ,should not be affected much.......

Hi Ismalia..........1.5 M committed to the Life Sciences Sleep Therapy treatment having paid 250K for business. Likewise, the Fertility business Vivoplex raised on the placing 2.0M .At the takeover,the Co was worth 25M with Vivoplex to raise 6M.These two Co will be worth millions ,a brilliant move from CD as no stage 1,2,3 which can take 10 years to develop with drugs.. ..
Regarding the auto business I would guess been put on hold........the Pub business will be the worst affected ,will be interested to see how they handle this.......The coffee business might not be too badly affected as a wholesale business ....CD has already said the commercial business was running OK...

Very frustrating , the good news will be big when it comes ,my guess by end of june to dovetail in with signoff of JORC 2.....

Would be surprised to see Friday 22nd as long bank holiday ahead....more likely is the 26th to 29th wk ending....If 2 week window announcement is to be given for AGM then the 1st to 3rd june is the last day....either way we are going to the wire.......I too have been here since 2013...............

IIG and Ironveld have entered into a conditional agreement assumed 30th March 2020 as date of announcement.....Its worth remembering that IIG will lose 210K should this deal not go ahead......the two caveats here for this not to happen are The AGM not to approve the resolutions and Takeovers and Mergers not to relinquish Rule 9 ...The latter could possibly apply but unlikely..........

I fully understand your concerns at Kazera and have no concrete results as yet but as I said at the end of last year this year will be transformational for all three companies and I stick by this....All three companies have been hit by the Covid19 debacle which has affected the general market coupled with the sell in May downturn........For me the business model is 100% right in all three companies....I expect major announcements here by june end......No CEO would go and live in the middle of an inhospitable desert in the middle of nowhere unless there was a pretty big carrot to be had...... believe me it's on it's way but this is mining......To answer your direct question Barkby I was ahead prior to covid19 burnout now.....with Ironveld I am below the water line but expect multibagging before 17th june......The last big profit I made from Majestic Wine ,another GC company..........Dont lose faith........

I stand corrected AGMs are 21 days.......giving us another 9 days odd.........................

Just checking up on required notice terms to shareholders , companies are required to give 14 days notice minimum for an AGM unless company has specified agenda.....this gives us another 16 days to announce.........................

We still have 4 weeks days to go . At a guess I am expecting news this week or next...I have to say the deal we have looks very strong...Our proposed partners IIG have huge experience here over many years.....I would be very surprised for this to fall at the last hurdle.......Further I dont see rule 9 waiver being an issue as this is not a takeover at 47%....................

I was right with Barkby Group and I was right with Ironveld !. Both GC companies.....Why would I not be right with this one !

Now been just on 4 months since last update and what is abundantly clear is that any future announcement will produce jorc 2 , signed off by two competent companies. I am expecting a third party tie up here at the same time.....accounts report enough finance to last till jorc 2 is finalised and a small contribution from Kazera Trading...... Interesting time ahead................

Difficult to say but for me ,I am still a buyer here. I just love the two recent RNSs ....sleep therapy and fertility treatments ....one producing autumn, the other early next year......both transformational , worth millions in revenue as global products....

Should be an announcement very soon......been just over six weeks......with AGM notification needed which requires meeting either in person or more likely virtual time is running out.......Would definitely heard by now if there was a problem............
