C1 yes , your views and mine just about identical........view sleephub exactly as you do . Going to be a big earner. Vivoplex whilst having certainly as much potential as sleephub possibly more as a massive problem for women is 41% owned by the Dicksons. Any thoughts on what might happen here to the potential as well as shareholders holdings in the future.......?.....

Mr C I know I too have written about other companies whilst posting here but they have the connection of GC..no what intrigues me with you is your frustration at the pace of Kazera . As I have said many times before whats been achieved in little over three and half years from near nothing is amazing. DDs recent post underlines this.....I know of no mining company that has mushroomed from nothing especially in the middle of a major pandemic any quicker ,do you? Thats mining..........

DD you are absolutely right about the two other delays as you say they were well in advance of deadline. Three delays wouldn't look too good but obviously still possible. For I always felt this would go to the wire with first week in November looking most likely. No CEO will bring out an RNS in the middle of a market rout.....Again repeating what I have always said there is no chance of no deal here...far too much commitment from both sides, financial and otherwise.................

I never have and never will try to predict prices and courses for shares other than in general terms and to say that on any major RNS announcement the size of the herd is all that matters. The size of the herd is determined by the state of the market and the size of the issued share capital.............

This is why its not possible to predict where this share price will be post deal ! Totally unpredictable.......................

Totally agree company off the radar and like others suffering from the COVID-19 issue.
Yes your right ,don’t normally missprint over info. Vivoplex is indeed 40% owned by family. Where I disagree is with your assessment of the commercial business. I see this as the major plank for the immediate future and expect to see revenue from this dwarf the rest. Final thought I see the sleep hub with the ability to disrupt the market a formidable product which will show through in 21. The licence is granted for all the major world markets , a big returner here............

Ismalia......don't underestimate Charles Dickson!! He is a man of exceptional ability,just read his track record , nothing short of outstanding and you know the importance I place on management. The other point I would raise is the commercial property side which dwarfs all the rest and remains robust.
On a different tack,I visited the five Alls in Oxfordshire,found the situation magical,the food and service good cheap and quick. However, reception on arrival poor, waitresses looked surly but to balance ,the manageress was excellent. Maybe the effect of covid.................

Ismalia,I have been away for some three weeks now. As I have said many times the covid19 virus has been extremely trying for Barkby as well as most other companies in the hospitality business. That said yes we are still expanding hence Harcourt Arms. The board are very confident and it makes sense to grow at a time when deals will be more favourable. Covid won't last forever.
The real stellar stars here are the commercial property business . The wholesale coffee business and the unknown online auto business which might well surprise.
But,the real winners here could easily be the Cambridge sleep sciences natural sleep facility which should have started production in July 2020 which I expect to be well received as it goes world wide. Vivoplex, the fertility medical device, which we have 40% stake having invested 2.5 million has a clinical feasibility study starting Q1 2021. For certain neither pharma company will need the kind of cash that 10 year drug development company require. Make no mistake this company has a BOD to die for and I am very relaxed here.............

this has always been the case here.......I have been writing here for some eight years now and am certain Martin Eales will pull this off shortly........Long overdue for those like myself who has been invested here some eight years now.......Covid has hardly helped here...........

Poppyseed, you won't be surprised to learn that I agree with everything you have written in your last post........Again I would remind everybody that in mining terms just over three and half years from scratch on what has been achieved is amazing in itself.....And much more here to come.........Sorry Naysayers.........

Totally agree with you......the potential is huge ! IIG has the way with all to get this business up and running.....There can be little doubt that investors have lost faith after 8 years of false dawns and promises and that the slowness to replace Peter Cox as CEO,which I highlighted two years ago have contributed further to the delay in creating a working mine......But we are where we are and Martin Eales has all the experience to make this project a reality.....I would be surprised to see this deal go past November......Finally of course there's the dreaded Covid 19 virus which has completely decimated business but sound ,well run businesses will not be phased by this .........................

You probably haven't guessed it ! but Ironveld has 1.4 billion tons of it and yes its none other than Vanadium Pentoxide which since 2016 has risen in price by a staggering 632%, You do the maths! We have 27 million tons of HPI which commands a huge premium currently £400 to £600 ton and could be higher depending on quality . 8.3 million tons of titanium is the icing on the cake. There is absolutely no way this deal scheduled for November end will not go ahead.............

I know because I believe in the management and that is the only reason for me being here.....you clearly don't !.......I shall soon be writing about the two companies you mention so you will have to regrettably contain your excitement till then............

TP I'm only surprised your surprised that no RNS has been issued......we have had barely seven weeks to produce.....we need 3 months minimum to get a real assessment......This is mining and with probably one of the best
teams in the business.......give them TIME !

Moneymaker I agree about buys and sells.....this has been written about for years.....its an absolute disgrace.....with regard to middleberg this will only be shortlived as far too small.....we have if my memory serves me 500k invested here.....we will be able to get smelter up and running within 6 months,could be sooner......we are very close now to mining...........

Yes agree about price . I don't speculate on price but we have a huge resource in an easily accessible open mine. Although it hasn't been officially spelt out I still believe we have the Middleberg smelter at Joberg which will give us a real leg to start processessing ... yes eight years later for me I do believe this bird will fly........

Make no mistake if we meet the October 31 deadline which really means an announcement on or around the 15 th October in order to facilitate the required AGM to take place we are only three weeks away. When this deal gets rubber stamped it really will transform the companies fortunes. We have the highest grade HPI which is totally different from bog standard iron ore in price and quality. We have a vast resource here. Likewise, with Vanadium we have probably the second richest Vanadium deposit in the world. Their third product Titanium used for spacecraft and advanced technologies is a very expensive metal but gives an icing on the cake. I have deliberately not mentioned quantity and price needless to say we have vast quantities of Vanadium and HPI. The prices for our products has been on the rise for the last couple of years...........the next three weeks should be very exciting not least because Martin Eales has seen and done all this before.................
