Ismalia ..... We have in Barkby on of the strongest board of directors, certainly in the junior market, of any company I have seen.....Every share on the stock market has suffered at least a 5o% drop but this should pass shortly.......With regard to the companies performance there is little doubt that the hospitality side has been hit , not sure about on line car sales, might have held up.....were see.!
Towering over these two is the commercial property business......As Charles Dichson has said in the march statement , the returns are huge and largely unaffected.....the packaging and bendy straw and paper plate businesses likewise....
The recent acquisition of the sleep therapy business and the fertility treatment business which should be licensed by years end are simply mind blowing......the sleep therapy business is on course to start production this autumn.........these two products are set to sell in the millions worldwide.........a complete no brainer !
As a thought.....never recommend shares to friends ...however in this case he/she is on a winner!

Probably the most overlooked part of this whole project....When we complete the deal set for the 30th September and I have no doubt we will,were be using the Middleberg 7.5MW Smelter initially.....The mine being open cast has huge benefits not least that this type of mining is 50 to 75% cheaper than tunnel excavation.....We literally just have to roll out the diggers and get shovelling.....We will be in production very quickly and at a reasonable cost......Roll on 30th...............

As things stand we should meet the april 2021 production/cash generative position....Of the loans being arranged easily the most important here is the 14.5M required to start production.....I like the two parties involved here have no doubt this will take place......Phase 1 takes us through to this stage....Early production will centre around the Middleberg smelter Joberg ,a7.5MW smelter which will have to come out of mothballs and be re configured......Ironveld currently has 500K invested here......Phase 2 will involve building our own smelters.....I see 15MW smelters to start with instead of the original 1x 7.5 and 4x 15MW smelters originally planned.....
Investors still haven't woken up to the vast resource here......the HPI alone at 1000 dollars a ton with a minimum of 50 million tons is mind boggling......The Vanadium and Tantalum is just as impressive......No wonder Martin Eales is so excited..................

Yes , the near 50% dilution is high but in line with other minnows wrestling for finance to get a project to market. Once up and running the size of return here will dwarf the costly set up expenses.What should be remembered here is that 50% of something is always better than 100 % of nothing.I have little doubt that the merger will go ahead and will be transformational....................

TP.....We have clashed swords here many times and to be fair your analysis figure wise is correct but thought 12p was its max......However, I am an investor not speculator and to me this is just a snapshot of the company at a given point......A loss is never a loss unless you have to sell....I have two questions for you ....1. Do you believe in the LJ business model or not......if you dont then you should sell out now and invest elsewhere.......2. Do you accept that the two JORCS shortly to be completed have been carried out at an unprecedented timescale?.......
I have deja vu on this board from Sovereign Mining days when for two years or so I had the same sceptic response as here.....Then a Mr Sarkozy and a myriad of other naysayers were putting forward exactly the same arguments, where are they now? Vanished without trace.......Indeed , at Ironveld had exactly the same there for years until just recently when a third party deal was struck.......Nothing changes! The Same is coming here.....

I would like to dispel the myth that GC and his cronies are nothing short of a band of villains just out to rob shareholders of their hard earned savings.....Nothing could be further from the truth.......G C is a quite exceptional entrepreneur and if anybody doubts this just witness his exceptional speed,just over a year to turn a near worthless shell company Sovereign Mines into the Barkby Group with a reverse takeover which had prior to the Covid 19 pandemic, a cap of 44M.....That's no mean feet......I have spoken at length as to where both Ironveld and Kazera are heading.......Both Companies have the right management with multi bagging products.....we shall have two great companies here in due course and I for one look forward to the ride.................

Max19....totally agree with you about reason for acquisition....what I am 100% certain is LJ will have done much research here and have little doubt the monthly figures will be attainable......I particularly like the management and staff are fully trained and ready to go..... the new CEO has credentials to die for which is exactly what I would have expected......With Kazera Global about to finish jorc 2 and Kazera Trading growing alongside ,the additional two new diamond businesses are laying
the foundations for a solid future.......

Max 19.......What differentiates us from the rest is 1. The quality of our Tantalum which is probably one of the highest in the world.....this has come at a price but for me worth it.....2. Their are not that many Larry Johnsons around....he is pivotal in the success here................

LJ has said second jorc with double sign off on course for june end and preliminaries very encouraging.....Covid 19 lockdown preventing sample products leaving ports which have to be delivered before a third party can be signed......An unavoidable delay here nothing to do with company........
I have to say my jaw has not closed since yesterday's near hysterical and in my opinion unfounded comments...... The acquisitions whilst costly in dilution terms are set to give the company a much needed boost in the near term......I again reiterate those who think that LJ is just another muppet running a tin pot company are wide of the mark......We are firmly on course to become a global business.........

The whole crux of the matter hear revolves around the quality of the CEO.....In Larry Johnson we have one of the best Tantalum men in the business....exceptional ability and knowhow......As stated before much is going on in the background with little share price rise for a long while....little wonder people can't see it....Those who think this is just another minnow destined for the scrap yard are way off course This company in three and half years has been transformed...the results of this will soon become evident....................

TBTT.......so long ago I since we heard from you I was almost beginning to get withdrawal symptoms........As one of the arch members of the Naysayers Kazera Club and there are many here ,what this comes down to is one of us will be right and the other sadly wrong......Your views and mine about not just this GC company but all of them are irreconcilable .......a great shame...............

As all those who read my posts will remember I posted four months ago saying that an acquisition was on the way......I was of course told I was bonkers and what drugs was I on?....This acquisition is an LJ masterstroke .....short leadtime....all levels of management already in place......close to Namibia........possible partner for building processing plant at their own expense.....mineral resource of 208,000 C......Overall an excellent acquisition.....Regarding JORCS everything on track and only lightly affected by Covid19, except samples to end users ...let's hope over soon.....As I said at year end 19 this will be a transformational year for Kazera , much to come with a partnership almost certain...........u...

Animal....You are absolutely right with your investment size and your trust is well placed here......Larry Johnson is the best Tantalum man in the business................
