I have to reply against my better judgement re ramping and Devine knowledge...... I have been writing about Barkby Group and Ironveld, both GC companies, hence the relevance, for some years. Every post positive exactly as I have with Kazera.....Both companies transformed.......I am not in the game of ramping just expressing my o-inion.......Barkby will be no different....Naysayers will soon evaporate here , they always do.....

Clearly you are fully entitled to your views. However, why you should want to bash the company at every oppotunity is beyond me.....We clearly live on different planets ...........

Animal..........the next two to three months for sure but could be sooner........As said before almost certainly dilution but price worth paying......Believe K Trading will make a useful contribution........I expect to see another global company offshoot soon.....Why ,because LJ has been like a dog with a bone constantly mentioning it and is part of his raison detre ie global business...........DYOR...........

Jasehem. There is little doubt in my mind where this is heading but obviously the choice is yours.....The other big GC company Ironveld , three weeks ago was being slaughtered by the pundits only to have a major link up with one of the largest S African Companies.......the future here is now assured........the same thing will happen to Kazera Global......So many people are missing the point with GC and LJ.....There is no way this will go bust.....................

Four main areas to watch out for...........
1 cash flow opportunities such as trading arm
2 Phase 2 jorc results
3 Third party link up
4 Assessment of global investment opportunities......this has been on LJ s menu since 2017....
Frustrating as it may seem a lot of backroom progress is being made ......As I have previously stated LJ with 35 years experience is building a solid business that once complete will be highly successful.......With three years under his belt and living day to day on site no business could have more attention given........expect positive news very soon...........

For those of us of a nervous disposition the road ahead looks very bright.... llG , our future partner has all the necessary expertise necessary to turn Ironveld around......Jonas and team have identified Iron as a NEAR production Co so would expect a fast growth pattern here......I dont see Rule 9 as an issue as at 47% this is no takeover......Our time to grow has come.....Well done Martin Eales.........

This is why in any world trading conditions our high purity tantalum will sell over all others.......LJ was at great pains to labour this point some three years ago.......we are certainly on the cusp of a third party deal and thus financing and yes there will be dilution but the prize will be glittering regardless of the covid 19 virus trying to derail us.................

Yes......always the same......the knack here is to have a large holding at the outset......with martin Eyles at the helm we should really start to motor.......for me, give me dilution anyway to another seven years of inertia............

Hi Annie........ obviously no meeting in person will be allowed under current lockdown so probably postal ballot the most likely way...... passing of resolution should be a formality as major shareholders already committed.....regarding rule 9 ,although not a British company should go through as not a full takeover at near 48%. Both sides will certainly have sought legal oadvice.........

T P Yes , it’s good to see some agreement here after all we all want the best for this company.....
Regarding G C , I have always considered him to be an exceptional entrepreneur, the sovereign gold conversion underlines his capabilities....the debacle at the beginning was clearly down to his then CEO Peter Hibberd, who had a totally wrong business plan.....LJs plan is spot on but comes at a price ,few figures. ....GC by his own admission had very little experience in mining at the outset but this is more than offset by his unique ability to 1.....find the right product......2. ...find the right CEO.....sounds easy but it’s not. ...GC has a wealth of contacts........I have spent the last 8 years defending GC and will continue to do so......I have been called everything from a clone to a drug addict and totally ridiculed......I am used to this now.....As I have said before we are very close now to seeing Kazeras fortunes change........................

Nice to hear you live in such a lovely county,very envious......The low mcap is not to be welcomed but will not prevent us entering into a partnership and financial security.....As I have made clear I made an excellent return out of majestic wine earlier with GC ,perhaps you could enlighten me on any of GCs failures since this period. ...you will be hard pressed....The comparison with other GC companies Is to underline the fact that the right management and products are correct.....Kazera is no different but I understand you find this an irrevelance.....You require figures ,I am happy with the right business model,which we have......I will lastly finish like I did on my last post on Ironveld.......I am more likely to be on the next Mars mission than this company going bust........I realise on paper you have lost money but as I have said before 3 years in mining is the blink of an eye...............

Just one more GC company to get a deal......yes Kazera......the other two both with backers.....had exactly the same scepticism with Barkby and Ironveld......TP ...Kazera no different in the business successful GC business model....proved right with those two,the same will happen here......the Naysayers will soon be scattered.....Spent last seven years with the same message.....................

A partnership deal will almost certainly be done similar to Ironveld very shortly. We have all the necessary criteria to make this a hugely game changing event. Once struck I expect to see the company move very quickly to re commence serious mining. Other businesses similar to Kazera Trading will almost certainly follow........ GCs other two companies now have game changing partners , only leaves KG........... Obviuosly Covid 19 is being less than helpful...............

I predicted at end of last year beginning in all GC companies..........Ironveld racing ahead today..... New CEO sweeping clean.......................

Nothing short of a total game changer.......

I am more likely to be aboard the next Mars mission than the above occurring.....Both Giles Clarke and Tracarta have committed funds recently as has Nick Harrison.......Whilst the Covid 19 outbreak has been less than helpful ,the arrival of Martin Eyles with his Rare Earth track record bodes well for negotiations......Anyone who doubts Giles Clarks resilience only has to look at the Barkby Group
for for guidance.....Those who have been trumpeting the cause of a fire sale here are way off the mark....We have both the expertise and the world class product to finish this drawn out saga..............

Making good solid progress both the company and trading arm.... almost certainly awaiting results of jorc 2,which looks promising....LJ on site everyday shows total commitment to the project and with his vast experience this will guarantee our success. ... I said at the end of last year ,2020 would
be transformational for Kazera and so it will be. Only a little more patience required ,three and a bit years from scratch in mining terms is very short...................
As a footnote, Ironveld should soon start to bear fruit and Barkby G with their latest acquisition into insomnia containment looks dazzling with production starting in the autumn............

Make no mistake we are dealing with wartime conditions unprecedented in modern times. As I have posted many times what is important here is that we have the right multibagging products with top brass CEO and management. We have both.........furthermore we have the added bonus of the 100% support from the Namibian Government.....I for one am sleeping soundly in my bed at night.................

To compare ME with PC is like comparing a mouse to an elephant. The only resemblance they have is there both animals...............
I have no doubt that MEs objective of concluding a deal with be met very shortly. Reason,he’s done it before and will do it again.....A deal centred around Asset Financing looks realistic coupled with a like minded partner. The Stock Market ruled out for the moment.... Phase 2 . Samples to Joberg by mid year could see production by year end...
The key events here are........
1. Signing joint venture with financing deal..... In MEs words on the CUSP of happening.... Next few months.....
2. Full production tail end of the year........
Both these events incredibly close now in mining terms. Both will be transformational on the profitability of this company.....
