Yes. The exposure just by changing from NEX to AIM will in itself open up to a much wider market... and pupil city from this should follow. As far as an opening price of 30p and where this will settle , job to work out. Without a P/E impossible to be accurate. If I were to speculate a 30 to 50 is possible, we shall see...... have not read anything on year end change but you may well be right...

No ...... the company has for the last year generated little cash so figures are not priority at the moment.... let me clarify what the objectives are , clear from jorc 1 we have a mine of substantial merit with only a fraction surveyed... when we finally get a fully operational mine of course figures will have to be given. Much is going on in the background with LJs 3 year tenure. A man of outstanding ability.....very lucky to have him...
To sum up as I have stated below to Mr C. I back people not figures in early stage companies. For me I am backing GC ,a truly outstanding entrepreneur and exceptional deal maker.....I have been in all his companies since majestic wine , making a handsome return in M W. You only have to look at what GC has done at Barkby Group in little over a year . A 41M Capitalised Co up from barely 2 M. Remember GCs motto ‘always play with the right people. GOD THIS IS TRUE....

To the contrary I have great empathy for anyone who loses money no matter how much or where. To me both G Cs mining companies are at a snapshot in time. Investors on the other hand are only sitting on paper loses....
What differentiates us as investors is you invest in figures whilst I am an investor in people. My only concern in company minnows is whether the people at the top have the ability to create successful businesses. ........
Regarding Barkby Group I posted several months ago it’s merits again fell on deaf ears....
Again I forecast a sea change for both mining companies in 2020...

Just had to post..... Reading the CVs of all the new and old members of board and company directors the calibre and quality of their expertise is breathtaking.....
When I invest in companies the first and certainly main consideration is the quality of the board. This one seems to have it all. If this fails no new company will succeed...........

Firstly,I said SOME people don’t get L Js strategy not all
Secondly, you’re right it won’t be a global player on its own but I didn’t say that. What I said was it would further the advancement towards the declared aim of LJ to become a global player.
I have spoken many times about the lack of financial information as has L J. To put this in the public domain would scupper every potential customer within the tantalum market. In my view it’s a price worth paying........

The company is progressing well now after a transformation period culminating in a full phase 1 JORC by year end. A major milestone and should be instrumental in finalising a third party partnership . Just as important, Kazera Trading will become a major player with the expertise LJ is known for and further the advancement towards LJs declared aim to be a global player.
I know there are people on this board who will never get the strategy behind L Js business plan but they are wrong. Everything here is being done textbook style. The nett result will be a company built on rock not sand.........
footnote .if anyone had any doubt aboutG Cs ability to start companies I suggest a look at Barkby Group. Entering the AIM market on the 7th Jan capitalised at 41 M from 2M,with a BOD Which reads Like A who’s who.............

Just me I love the mix . All very what’s in at the moment.
Expanding a little more, the transfer from Nex to Aim scheduled for 7th january2020 will create a whole new market of investors. The price will react accordingly. This company as I have been saying for a number of years now will grow very quickly . The complete opposite to mining companies. As you are fully aware I am a GC fan and this is an example of why I am such a devotee. You will given time make a really good return . GL...........

I have been wading through all 317 pages of a very detailed placing and schedule of events.
Re consolidation , no shareholder will lose out. Whilst we will all hold less shares this will be exactly compensated by the increase in price currently 10.5p
To précis. The jewel in the crown of the new business seems to be the property co but all in all a very large business capitalised at 41 m.
Interesting the proposed acquisition of the Star Inn at Sparsholt for 1.2 m. Oxfordshire dining pup of the year.
Disappointed to see Giles Clarke resigning but major shareholder. Charles Dickson , à serial entrepreneur every bit as good as Clarke.. Good to see leaving NEX for AIM on 7..1..2020......... of

Yes, agree ! I did post to you underlining that I felt because of the size of the deal it could be well the other side of Christmas. Outside chance that the deal falters but highly unlikely as board positions have been mentioned.

No one more than me! I too have predicted correctly for nearly all elections. This is different, very difficult to predict for multitude of reasons. Hung parliament means after three and half years of damage to our economy the carnage goes on. A corbyn victory would see the biggest collapse of the economy since the Wilson/ Healey 70s government back in the 70s. For sure we will know the acutely accurate exit poll at 9.45 pm on our tv screens. I for one have my tail firmly crossed..............

The company states in their RNS Accounts under Chairman’s Statement that the Company has enough finance to last till MARCH. 2020. This supercedes their previous January estimate...................

Yes , I too am a large holder here having entered right at the beginning. It is along way off the giddy heights obtained namely 60p. Cap 750M. We may well see a better deal struck yet !...............
Flipping the coin, best news for a long time at Ironveld. Another master stroke here with the acquired new CEO. A man like LJ with a track record for getting the job done. Seems a joint venture will be concluded. This has always been my preferred course.............................

Mr C. Let me try and explain where I am with Kazera . My whole ethos with minnow start up investment companies begin with the man at the top and subsequently the team underneath. Nothing and I mean nothing else is more important. Put another way, it’s the rock. I have been in Giles Clarke companies since Majestic Wine where I made a serious amount of money. I realise many people see him as a joke but take it from me he’s not. His ability to pick winning products is highly impressive coupled with a unique ability to play with the right people. I know I shall be called a clone again........... with regard to figures, at this level it’s irrelevant. When I read what every one man and his dog write regarding figures,it brings a smile to my face..................................
And yes I was always very good at maths..............................
