I will elaborate...
L Js 400k funding will go largely to completion of Purple Haze,White City and Signaalberg mines. It is absolutely clear to me that a full comprehensive Jorc Compliant survey of the above has to be completed to comply with what has almost certainly been lengthy discussions with third parties. L Js ace card is the purity and quantity of tantalum coupled with the exceptional stability of the country alongside this ,infrastructure to rival any western country. We have all taken a hit here,not least my good self but once the above has been completed, a major deal will not be far away. To sum up we are creating a strong long term company,not a short term flash in the pan. When the turn comes and I have no doubt it will, the company will look very different.........

Can anyone seriously suggest that a man with 35 years experience in the tantalum business ,being 63 years old, would live out in the middle of the Namibian desert for getting on three years unless he had a very clear game plan ? He almost certainly has an ace in his back pocket! ...............

TP. You make a valid point regarding basic news flow and there should be more for share holders. LJ at 63 has a lot riding here,not least his 35year reputation in tantalite. My appraisal of LJ is his steely determination,basic honesty and set to create a global business for this product. I am not certain how this will pan out going foreward but I think it highly unlikely that he will sell out rather than obtain his goal. I have never had any doubt that the mine is world class as is the man. The question is financing which I believe will be sorted by a partnership subject to all the joncs adding up. Like all mine development this was never going to be easy or quick. As I have said before,those with foresight and patience I still believe will be rewarded not least because LJ has too much to lose here..................

pure and simple.. we know so little about this company it does come down to. Do you trust and share Larry Johnson’s vision for this project and be prepared to let him develop this mine for the long term? I fully understand the frustration here with a very lowly share price but for me I would far prefer a company built on rock rather than a short term agenda with no future .
I have been writing here for many a year and haven’t changed my view on LJ. Time will be the arbiter here. A huge amount has already been achieved,mining companies are notoriously slow to develop. The jorc program is moving at a breakneck pace..............

Yes , a lot to like here. A similar business model is the Ivy Group currently growing at 8 acquisitions a year.
The recent acquisition I like most is Centurian Motors. I just have a good feeling this could be the Stella part of the business. Time alone will tell.........

since the last operational update.On the face of it,it seems a long time. In mining terms not really. What we have here are factors weighing down on this company
1. The brexit factor which has hit aim shares very badly
2 The silly season ie May to September. Every one man and his dog on holiday.
3. The ironveld factor which has knocked confidence in this similar GC company.
4. The prolonged silence factor from LJ only reporting when something to say.
However, put this to one side and the fundamentals remain exactly the same. The product is world class and the mine remains fully operational. After this time span of silence I would be very surprised if we are not mining as I write. All that’s missing here is the C word. CONFIDENCE. Just one good announcement from the company and everything changes here............

Anyone who thinks the sell out price will be between 2p and 3p is way off the mark! Giles Clarke would have to have had a brain bypass to accept a deal on these terms. Check his previous deals...........

with operational updates . For me this is very good news as I believe the company is almost certainly in negotiations with interested parties. Animal , you are absolutely right about Larry Johnson’s character, this was never going to be fast but patience will pay off here for those with the staying power. What investors should remember here is that Giles Clarke has a lot riding here and in Ironveld and will make sure his investment pays . The lack of any figures for this company is the overriding reason for the share price today. L J rightly thinks this a price worth paying for exclusivity in a very niche , highly priced tantalum market..............

As I mentioned in my last post we are now four months and one week from the last update on the
19th of march. For me a joint venture or end user agreement is the most likely. A sell out not LJs style. We are clearly deep in negotiations which explains the deafening silence. We know from Ironveld due diligence takes time. A lot of people here are speculators wanting a quick buck.! This is not the share for them, mining is watching paint dry............

Well said Funky, it really brings a smile to my face some of the statements said in complete ignorance. And It takes a lot to make me smile!...........

I have written several times concerning Peter Cox and his abilities as a CEO. It does seem now that Giles Clarke has taken over here in all but name. The emphasis has definitely switched to the vanadium reserves and I agree with those who say a company name change to reflect this should have happened. We are absolutely right to throw this open to the market. We now have a very real chance of moving forward substantially . I know from GCs track record, he is very likely to pull a big rabbit out the hat............

Check the last six months updates, we have been getting these operational updates every two months without fail. Come the 19th of this month it will be exactly four months since the last one. This long period of uncharacteristic behaviour smacks of a major announcement to come....LJ will not let us down, let him do the job he’s very capable of doing.............

Probably when it’s too late.... All Giles Clarke’s companies have huge underlying assets. Without doubt the South Africa issue has played a large part in the endless delays thus far,the other being the suitability of the CEO. That said , it is with little doubt that GC has now taken over at the helm, an area where he is the absolute master. The other point here is that ,apart from the shareholders , both GC and Tracarta have a lot financialy to lose, as well as their unblemished reputations............

Well said Funky you really get this company..... she’s a little gem and those in it will become seriously rich... I have posted nearly 300 times advising people to climb aboard and haven’t changed my view once. As I have said before Larry Johnson is a very rare CEO, he has all it takes to take this company global.........

What those worried about running out of cash should remember is that we are not just an idea on some surveyors planning board,we are a fully operating mine capable of resumption at short notice hence cash.
L J has alluded to this very recently, further,stocks ready to be processed are very high. LJ , who has been at the helm for little over two years now has been silent for nearly four moths ,I have little doubt a major announcement is on the cards............We shall see........

As we approach the end of the second quarter,don’t be surprised if we overshoot the timescale for jorc. No news here is definitely good news. I would expect to see LJ tie up a lot of loose ends here in one RNS. This will be a game changing move for the company. With regard to the other parties selling tantalum through the company, LJ has already alluded to this in earlier press releases............

“I get a plan and I execute it”. thus said LJ when taking the helm of Kazera. G C ,a master at finding the right people, has been spot on once more. We all know what’s coming, back in 2015 the Venmyn report showed pretty much what the early joncs are currently saying. It was for this reason GC was able to say back in 2016 that the tantalum is endless,at least 20 years. Couple this with the quality which is world beating, it’s no wonder there are no sellers about..............

the negotiations had broken down, we would have definitely heard from the company after three months. Those running for the exit are exhausted headless chickens who will rue their decision. For the war weary, the best is to come...... PATIENCE !
