Shins, you are absolutely right here . Investors / Speculators expect results far too quickly.As I have pointed out many times, mining companies are extremely complex animals. I for one would far prefer a slow deal of substance than a rushed one of no stature. I guess the old adage « only play with money you can afford to loose » resonates here............

Sorry ! Don’t see it like this. This is no House of Fraser . This is top management with top product in a 2 year 2 months time frame this is Nothing in mining terms,refer to Ironveld. A top deal will be done here, it’s just down to how good it is...........

Everything to do with this company is on “hold “ till we get the jorcs for Homestead and Purple Haze with the early returns from Signaalberg and White City. No end user/ partner will sign any future agreement without sight of these. We have no figures to go on and investors too have the same issue here,, hence where the share price currently languishes.
I do think we have a fair chance of hitting the second quarter final Jorcs which would be June end.........

Anyone with a history of being in this company will recall the now famous Giles Clarke “faux pas” at his AGM when he announced that Lithium production would start shortly and the share price collapsed resulting in the demise of the then CEO Peter Hibberd. This statement was almost certainly at the behest of Hibberd. However, to me the most interesting of all the questions put to Giles was , “ will you be having a jorc done for the tantalum “ to which he replied “there is so much in the ground, it was deemed unecessary “. This information was almost certainly on the back of surveys carried out by the previous Australian mining company. To sum up , I have always believed that we not only have probably one of the largest but also the purist Tantalum mines in the world. It’s no wonder the Namibian government is backing this project 100%..........

As we start to head north, the dilemma that will face investors will be whether to hold all, slice or sell all. For me the glittering rewards will be when Kazera starts to go global. What is absolutely clear to me is that this time round the share price will be supported by facts and not wild speculation. The price will retreat but it will never go back to anything like where we are now. The way forward with Larry Johnson will be paved with gold, Don’t be left behind in the ‘ If only ‘ group. Worth a mention again is GC s other two minnows, both will be stars and a slide rule should be run over both.

Great to see you so obviously involved in this company. You are a great ambassador for Kazera Global. I don’t see you as a ramper , like me you just want to tell it as you see it. You may well have been disappointed by some companies but you won’t be with this one . As I have said many times , it’s just a matter of time..........

Whilst we wait it might be worth reading what an indicative offer is.
An indicative offer,also known as a letter of intent or non binding offer,is the term sheet used in a sales process which establishes a contractual negotiating framework between the potential buyer and the seller as they work toward a definitive purchase and sale agreement .
From this we can easily see that the two international companies currently in talks would not have approached the company unless the homestead and purple haze JORKS had been OUTSTANDING, furthermore there remit here is totally in line with LJs vision of financing the orange river pipeline and offtake arrangements. For me I see a very positive outcome here, not least because the two potentials have approached us. This is the PERFECT situation for us to negotiate from..............

I have to say that it is extremely rare to see an aim company with so much going for it. I have been with this company since concept and at that time only found two areas of weakness,namely water supply and the clear direction for the company. Both have been resolved. If a list of pros and cons are made now, it’s hard to see any negatives here, very rare for Africa. A window of the second quarter looks realistic for major news now and bar a major market downturn, the returns could be impressive. Patience required here.............

It should of course have read 1.1 billion not million shares issued.by Bushveld.........

All we need is a deal ,either partnership or end user tigh up. What we have are three high demand products , especially vanadium. When I think of this I am always brought back to Bushveld,our next door neighbour. Both have similar products, The comparisons of data are a good barometer make interesting reading. Market cap 10m for Ironveld. 450 m cap for Bushveld. Share price 1.60 for Ironveld. 36 p for Bushveld. Issued share cap 600 m for Ironveld. .1.1 m for Bushveld. With the revenue that’s achievable here , the upside is huge. We have waited 7 years now , so let’s hope GC , who I know has exceptional negotiating abilities, and his team can finally sign this one off.

I have written about Peter Cox before in relation to what Giles Clarke originally said. “ this man has an encyclopaedic mind “ and he hadn’t met a man with with such an amazing ability. That said I look at him rightly or wrongly as a “ woolly jumper “. or put another way a great nuts and bolts man able to overcome complex setting up procedures. In a sentence probably very nice guy to have a drink in the pub with. ! Summarising, has P. C . got the guts ,the experience of an accomplished CEO and drive to push this company to the next level. I have to say I rather doubt it...........

I have been in this company for six years now and for us war weary veterans the pace has been excessively slow. For sure the business environment of South Africa has not exactly been helpful. G.C has made real effort to support the local community with education and other social issues but there have been many obstacles to overcome. With regard to Peter Cox, the salary does seem very high taken on a results basis only, but the hurdles have been very complex. With regard to Middleberg smelter, the funds were not forthcoming. As for partners and long term contracts,the jury’s out for me . The conclusion of sampling was February 14th , so it has only been six weeks odd , so plenty could still happen......
The main fly in the ointment here is the two words South Africa.........

Worth a mention here concerning accounts is the section OUTLOOK. namely, continued assessment of GLOBAL INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES. Largely gone unnotiticed , this is where LJ is going to take this company hence Kazera GLOBAL...........

The market for tantalum is similar to that of all precious metals namely done behind closed doors. Our mine has the finest quality tantalum in the world. L Johnson has been very smart here going for the top end users for what is a totally unique product. In the short term it has cost us but to have stayed with the P Hibberd bottom end of the market would have been wrong with all the other bog standard suppliers. This explains why we now have two world class off takers at our door. What I saying about price is that what we will get for our product will bear no relationship to the market
price. This is bourne out by the way LJ has been able to do highly expensive jorc reports and not had to return to the market. The market here will always be restricted which ever end. Over half production goes into capacitors for electricity storage.
We are now very close to a major rerate. My only caviate here is brexit and the general market conditions.

Any deal involving Larry Johnson will be a class act and ensures a big fish. As I have stated many times before,his 35 years in the business ensures he has the E word, so often missing in other leaders. Yes EXPERIENCE.. Furthermore,Giles Clarke “always playing with the right people” ensures the company will be successful. Whilst posting all GC companies, of which there are four, will power ahead by years end.
