I fully understand your frustration to which I add mine and I have been here since the whistle. As I have written before ,the strategy of a 15 mow smelter and latterly the shelved 7.5mgw middleberg smelter acquisition we’re clearly the wrong course . This approach takes far too long,far too many licences and red tape to hurdle over. It seems clear to me that the necessary finance and water licence have not been granted but this is speculation. However, we are where we are. The only way forward is the way set out in the recent RNS. The good news here is we have an open cast mine with all the necessary permits and mining is at last underway. Should our steel off taker sign up to our products and god knows we have enough of it, our balance sheet will look very different. As I have said this is a major turning point for Ironveld. Just as a foot note ,the stock market is not a friend of the investor at the moment......

We know this from previous site surveys for tantalum...once the RNSs I have described earlier materialise we will quickly move to taking on three of the largest North American Componies in the world end users. Our Tantalum is the purist in the world supplying from one of the safest countries in the world. I am very pleased to see that people are just beginning to see how much money we have already made from our deliveries to date. This is just the start of what will become one of the biggest and certainly the highest quality mines in the world. LJ. Is an outstanding mining CEO and those who don’t agree should prepare to have to eat copious quantities of humble pie.............

That’s.easy.....The mind boggling amounts of HPI.. .Vernadium....and ....Titanium... Further it’s all sitting there on the surface to just shovel up......Just look at the companies own figures.....Further comparison. Bushveld next door.....now worth 300 million plus........

The smelter now on the back burner, one can only speculate that the water licence has not been obtained and further the finance has not been forthcoming...We have now done a three sixty and are settling for an off take end user, probably Oreport to take our products.. What we have here now is a company mining an open cast mine, albeit using contractors. This has to be the only way forward without our own smelter.. For me this is a major milestone and one which will generate the necessary funds to to produce our own smelter.. Yes , this is a huge turning point.........

What we know is that the two mines will be the first to declare the Jorc results. Homestead will report estimate date of October.followed by Lepidilite mine . If followed on the same timescale ,then around Xmas or slightly after for the jorc here . The drill has moved over and will be working at breakneck speed,seven days a week... It’s fair to assume production of tantalum will follow the conclusion of RNS shortly after Christmas......We will not be disappointed with the results. It’s very clear to me that LJ has all the necessary finance to cover the jorc programme at the moment.........

Take your point Jas. Maybe just maybe they will keep us posted regularly....... I really must apologise for my spelling of analysed....even gave me a good laugh........

LJ. of Kazera will show investors that samples can be analized in a few months..... Why will it take Ironveld up to a yearlong do the same ?

Re market says no.... the shares.have bounced ,the news yesterday should under pin this.... Nearly every share this morning marked down sharply on back of Wall Street and higher interest rates in America..........

Despite press gloom headlines the Barkby groups opening three months look excellent.....what we are witnessing here is a management team of exceptional ability..... occupancy rates rising dramatically in July and August... the team has implemented new controls and management systems....... best of all the company is now debt free.... New properties have been presented to Barkby.

Those with foresight would do well to research. DYOR. Make no mistake with this super team ,we will grow profitably this year and very quickly........

It must be something significant to have to put this smelter on the back burner....we have some £500 k ,returnable deposit as a down payment.....It sounds from the half line in the RNS that it’s been mothballed till a firm contract has been agreed with undisclosed steel end user.....I ask why after over a year has this happened? ......It has to be lack of loans by financiers or the early second quarter water licence has not been granted...... Which is it. ? ......

4unme......couldn’t have put it better myself... Anyone selling at the moment should seriously look at the fundamentals....obviously this is a very personal decision....I just repeat ,don’t be caught asleep at the wheel........

My take on the jorc is simple LJ ,,if he is to sign up the top drawer North American companies, then he has to show an indefinite supply chain in this case tantalum. I have no doubt when the whole area is surveyed will show tantalum by the shed load. Further as Ihave pointed out before, we have a dual compound here mixed with the lithium. Tantalum being heavier falls to tank bottom ,thus given us free production of tantalum. As I have said before there aren’t many free meal tickets ,but this is certainly one. As far as LJ not buying shares I really don’t know, it doesn’t bother me. For me LJ ,who lives on site ,eats,breathes this mine is a winner...He is at breakneck now with this business drilling.
In fact his workload made him look very tired...........

might just have some lessons for the management of Ironveld. As I have stated before , the management of Bushveld were very smart in buying a ready made business without all the baggage that comes from start up companies. The company is currently worth around £300 million on the back of large reserves of vernadium. Other acquisitions have been aaounced. And the share price looks set to 100p per share.. With seven months of no communication, the board only have to look over the fence for inspiration........ I just hope they have the savvy and acumen to come up with possibly a new direction if they cannot conclude their present deal

Yes they will soon be appearing here like bears with sore heads......It’s good to see a few people here understanding this business after so much negativity over the last two years.. what I keep on underlining is that we have a world class product in tantalum maybe lithium too and a premium return in tantalum, way above market price with a fixed term supply.. It cannot be over exaggerated this important combination..A short term share price knock is a price well worth paying.. Make no mistake LJ didn’t dream up Global for a fancy title for this company. No..He.means to grow this company Globally once the core business is sorted........

LJ confirming an estimate date of October for results for MSA Jorc result on The Homestead will be proof of the speed at which this project is moving. Drilling work is roaring ahead on a 7 days a week basis, LJ says because of this he cannot put a resumption date for mining production. A busy time ahead ........

If we are to believe the BODs RNS and it seems likely that they are not standing around twiddling their thumbs, then they are carrying out in advance the necessary work before commencement of mining ie timeously. I have to say if this is the case then subject to water licence and finance this will greatly reduce the quoted 6 months originally stated to commence. This I believe will come right but will test our resolve to breaking point......

The great thing from the BODs view point is if you never say anything,you can’t be hauled up for getting it wrong !

Dont be caught knapping at the wheel. Time is running out here for ridiculously cheap shares in this company.........

I for one would be very suprised to see a sale of part or whole of the business. A third party link up is far more likely but I sense LJ would only do this as a last resort . A sale of the business flies in the face of everything LJ has said and his 35 year reputation would be in tatters.As I have always seen it, it comes down to whether you think LJ has the experience,the vision, the determination to take this company global. I think he is an honest man and given time ,19 months is not enough,he will show us his true colours......
