Like LJ ,I have not posted here for a long while . I fully see why LJ has remained silent for so long .He like me knows that whatever he says he won’t convince the naysayers nor sceptics and that results are all that matter. I have not changed my well known views and fully expect with forthcoming JORC to see a link up with a third party. This was never going to be quick and indeed two and half years at the helm is nothing in mining terms. This country is very different to South Africa and I find it hard to find an area of this project that I can put a cross against. The best is coming..............................

Ismailia , pretty certain an RNS would have accompanied any failure in completion of the above.Regarding the car business, figures mentioned would be a little historic.and any input from GC and team would take a while to show through.
I am still buying here and am likely to do so until the 10 p area achieved. When I invest in anything I always look at track records. GCs is very impressive..................

Ismailia. Yes I think the growth figures are extremely conservative as they are erring on the side of caution. I have seen start up companies come unstuck by too rapid a growth target. The adage steady as you go is applicable here. Having said that there is bound to be much behind the scenes work going on, and expect acquisitions to continue once the period of consolidation finishes. As I have said before Giles Clarke’s track record with UK companies has been impressive, I expect the same here. I ,like you , expect we will be leaving the NEX market which was only entertained out of desperate measures. G C is not the sort of guy to sit on his hands, we have a formidable B of D and to be out of this one , in my opinion , would be foolhardy. With around 37 m shares , any serious news will see this share price head north. Like all minows, patience is the order of the day...............................

Where on earth did you read that I have sold out?
There is absolutely no way in which I would be selling. I am a very large holder of this stock with absolute conviction................................

Both but on balance cars............ no,don’t have any inside sadly! What I do have is the Giles Clarke track record which points squarely to another UK fast moving growth company. As I have said before, I expect major company here within five years if past performance is to go by. We shall see Ism , G Cs mining companies haven’t helped here but this will change...................

There will be much going on behind the scenes and when the period of consolidation finishes ,we should see an impressive acquisition mount continue. I agree with you Ism the meeting next week will be very enlightening..........................

I am at present away in sunnier climes,returning 15th Oct.
You won’t be supprised to learn that I agree with nearly all you say. I still have to read through the Accounts,currently languishing on my office desk. I can however comment on the RNS accounts announcement. What struck me most was the Centurian car business,an area set for rapid growth,not least because of the internet presence. As stated before this will be the Stella part of the company and will almost certainly be hived off at some future date.
With regard to the pubs / accommodation, this is the end of the market to be in ie high spec hospitality. One only needs to research the Ivy Group to see where this is going.
With regard to investment, I am adding all the time before the inevitable arrival of the herd . I realise that G Cs réputation has been tarnished by his two mining companies’,in my view wrongly,as the end game is far from over.
I reiterate, GC is in his element here. I agree with you this may well be another Majestic wine.

Yes , he sold all his shares in Ironveld and is now making a clean break. He is of course heading the highly successful Barkby Group (a GC company) on the Nex market.........................

Sorry but for some reason my computer will not allow me to spell your name correctly,it will insist on putting the I in .So so be it!
To other matters, I too was in here at the mining company stage and through the near acquisition of an Indian optical business only to be flawed by tax issues. At the consolidation of the mining business, from memory 33/1 , I for one lost around 50% in the consolidation. There were many who said there would be no dilution but I have never seen one yet where there isn’t! What are your experiences?

Yes you may well be right with a cash call, in any event purchasing leases rather than freeholds is certainly the way forward cost wise .The team in place here is very impressive and as I have said G C is in his element. His three other earlier companies ie wine , storage and. animals, all grew within a five year time span returning really good profits including myself.
All eyes will be on the results now a I anticipate an impressive 18 months results.

Yes, year end is end of October.
We are currently consolidating the acquisitions for several months now, which if this hadn’t been the case would certainly have been a real issue. For what it’s worth I have been buying over the months . I like so much about this company which I have listed on this board over the last year. However, I have a few caveats here namely the Nex market which is very restrictive and also the Brexit factor weighing in on all the markets.
For me I’m an investor here ,for I know if the results are impressive, the herd will descend on this in droves.

Fortunately, I don’t do drugs and I realise I stand alone here with my views. Again I reiterate nothing has changed in this company except the share price.. We are on course to meet our Jorc compliance target dates,which in terms of timescale is nothing short of spectacular. Once we have this , the way forward to producing with partner. (s ) will transform the companies fortunes.
Regarding share price, obviously this is a huge disappointment to all investors. I have said all I have to say about the companies direction over the last two and a half years. LJ is spot on here....................

Hi Mr C. This is an easy one............It’s not in his psyche .Whilst I write to you , one of us will be right about this man/ company and one won’t. I shall be more than happy to fall on my sword or cleaner maybe down that same mineshaft as LJ....... I don’t see this company going the same route as Ironveld which is the obvious comparison for a multitude of reasons. I accept you and I could not be further apart with our views but I fully respect them in this SO called Democracy................... in

My you really are running on a flat battery ! Make no mistake, if this company really does go belly up, LJ really has a hell of a lot to lose. Maybe not money but his reputation and standing in the mining industry would be in tatters !. He has staked everything on this project and if as all the naysayers are predicting comes about, he wouldn’t be able to show his face again. He and his career would disappear down one of our many mine shafts,never to be seen again! I hasten to add I don’t anticipate this...........

Unfortunately, I am away this time of year in sunnier climes. I shall await your input indeed if you are going. Just my gut feeling here LJ unlikely to open up here. He has a clear vision and I believe he will ride coach and horses to get to where he thinks this company should be. It’s a long time since I have seen a CEO with such determination to get the job done. Be Patient.....................
