Hi. Br................nice to have another poster on board here. You obviously make a very valid point regarding the diversity of the business. Reading the prospectus and if it is to be believed we have six highly profitable businesses with growth potential ,internet or otherwise but accept that they may look unlikely bedfellows. We do need to see the first set of accounts for the group to understand more . Way the most profitable is the property business with a fairly low risk level. The coffee wholesale business, again highly profitable and derisked by avoiding the overcrowded retail sector. The hospitality pub business is growing fast up to seven from two and is clearly seen as a growth area . The three odd balls are the the motor hospitality business which has a large internet leaning so could prove highly profitable . The other two companies , the medical appliance business and the packaging business both hold out big returns and were only bought for a speculative return. Both these last two companies will be sold off possibly at hugely profitable returns for shareholders. Finally , the strength of this board is simply breathtaking, the recent two appointments simply adds to this.....................

Yes agree..........What I am saying is I don’t need figures for early day companies ! ....................

At the end of last year I wrote about a “Transformational year for GCs companies”. Martin Eales at Ironveld. Charles Dickson at Barkby.....Larry Johnson at Kazera. We probably have three of the best CEOs in the business. I am an investor in people not figures, for like minded investors all three Companies above hold out serious returns..... The only problem I have is working out which Company will be the most successful......................DYOR..........

You underestimate Martin Eales at your peril........................

Underestimate Martin Eales.... one look at Cadence, formerly Rare Earth Minerals tells just how good this man is. He turned this company around in little over a year , a production first for an African miner RE Min Co.. Expect the same here.....................DYOR...

Annie. . Spot on ! GC May have faults but being dumb isn’t one of them. We shall soon see ME start to build this company..... My only criticism of GC is he took too long to replace Peter Cox which I wrote about here nearly two years ago.................

I have to say firstly that this one of the best board of directors I have had the pleasure to see! When II always invest in people at this minnow stage and not figures. The three main players here are Charles Dickson, a man of outstanding ability who as executive chairman will drive this company forward very quickly. This is not mining company speed! His CV is outstanding and expect a Stella performance here...... the second is without doubt John Warburton who from a run down bread making business has created the second largest grocery business second only to coke cola in UK. Thirdly , Rupert Fraser CEO ,with a wealth of experience and an entrepreneur fully in tune with Dickson.....
The growth here will be very rapid , a view here I have been saying in posts over the last two years.... I can easily see this becoming a top 100 company and wish all investors here an interesting ride..........DYOR.....

I am pleased to open up on this chat board having posted last post on old board.....I have to say that this is one of the most exciting companies with a breathtaking board of directors that I have every expectation that we could see a top 100 company emerge here.. With a board as strong as this sit back and enjoy the ride.........................

Mppotus.........yes your views are very commonly held here , why? because of the lowly share price.......I am not going to predict KTs growth pattern otherthan to say the company will have rapid growth.....Regarding investor relations , for me they are saying enough , at one time they were saying too much ie the famous faux pas from GC illustrates this..... The choice for the investor is in or out.....you must decide..........DYOR.........

Awstin....... I fully understand your loss of confidence in Amerisur but your invested well here.. Eales has a proven track record We have proven products....the mine has already produced and is open cast.....Eales is the only person to take a rare earth mineral to production in Africa.......he will do it again..............

Pranchalee......I concur with your conclusion here...I really dread the onslaught of every one speculator and his dog arriving here. LJ has definitely speeded up the drilling for phase 2 and is set to conclude in six months.....Not too much said about Kazera Trading , this company will be highly profitable for the main company and further will be the launch pad for the declared LJ objective of going global. I see K T. expanding rapidly and hugely boosting profits in the near future. L J . Has accomplished a lot in just on three years...........a great CEO...........

Moving very nicely now..........in the last five years of posting here have never had any doubts....shareholders will get rewarded for their patience.......

I have spoken about Amerisur before to sympathise with shareholders there but these African rare earth minerals are very different....I would just add that I am a large holder too in A as I was in Majestic Wine. The latter being a serious multibagger for me.......For thought I would again refer you to Barkby Group, now run by two brilliant entrepreneurs.,now capitalised at 55M from 2M with a share price of 43 p from 4 p and set for serious growth all in little over a year.....A G C success story. Both GCs African miners will make it because of his skill at finding the right management,,,,,For early stage minnows management is all that matters...........DYOR

Annie. Another aspect on this is Giles Clarke’s position . Yes you and I are nursing paper losses here after 7 years , GC with his big holding here to date has seriously lost out too so every reason for him to get it right going forward. M. E. Is probaly one of the few people capable of of doing this.
I agree with you about funding........we may not see much for a few months while he beds in but with the shareholding inducement sparks will fly......very exited about this man. ......transformational........

Mr. C....please accept my apologies for my previous statement. I was a little mift by your statement of overpriced pubs. This is very uncharacteristic of me and uncalled for...................

Mr. C..... You will rue the day you decided not to invest in Barkby. What it tells me is you have no judgement for investing in shares. In this particular case unlike mining you won’t have long to wait to see spectacular results shame you won’t be there....oh and the pubs arent overpriced as the food is outstanding,I’ve been to most................
