Good news, and a welcome pre-AGM update in my opinion. Everyone wants an RNS that says "big diamond find right here", but this is pretty much what it says.

Ultimately it's a till sample. But the info they have now tells us that we are pretty much on top of it. The diamond grades are likely to be higher, and probably bigger diamonds too. Such terrible news.

Once they have systematically gone through all the sampling (of Kuhmo 1 & 2?) I'd hope we could progress onto drilling, which hopefully proves the content of this RNS, at depth. It should also give indications on the % of greens.

The simple fact is it's not a quick process, but it's a great start to the Kuhmo programme.

A well done for Skier there... as equally anticipated is an update on Lahtojoki. Are we any closer to a resolution on the boundary dispute which would allow formal registration of our mining concession? The one worth a minimum of $211M to the lucky purchaser.

In April KDR stated "The exploration programme in Kuhmo will be carried out in tandem with initial work on the Company’s mining concession area at Lahtojoki, which will include environmental studies and an updated technical and financial assessment to be followed by further drilling and bulk sampling, particularly in relation to the percentage of pink diamonds present in the deposit"

There is so much being worked on that could that could see our value at many multiples of today's MCAP, hopefully they have something decent for you other than standard resolutions.

I am unable to make the AGM, but would certainly welcome any feedback.

This week has the potential to be extremely pivotal, however I'm assuming KDR have had potential for fall out at previous AGMs that didn't amount to much. At least this year that can point to significant progress and ongoing exploration (despite the ludicrous placing). If KDR are in receipt of the ODM results for the trial pitting of Kuhmo 1, that would certainly make things interesting. Some follow up sediment sampling/microprobe results from Northern Ireland would also be a bonus.

As someone eluded to (Yogi?) it does seem likely that the additional targets will come from Kuhmo 2 (This would be worth clarification). I assume they will now have to submit an application for an exploration permit now they have received their claim reservation (Eyes on TUKES). Once trial pitting has been carried out on there and results returned, they will be in a position to identify all the highly anomalous targets that warrant drilling for both Kuhmo 1 & 2.

Hopefully you get a decent Q&A session post AGM for all the "what the **** are we doing at Jappila?" type questions.

Good spot Yogi, it’s just doubled the size of the overall area. There is certainly a building of sorts in that circular area in Kuhmo 1 (but not necessarily an dwelling), and it looks strategically useful to tie this up within the additional Kuhmo 2 claim reservation to the west.

If we think we have a diamond province and want paying for it, then surely we have to show RIO or any other suitor, a diamond province.

Let’s get back the Kuhmo results and see what we’ve got. I’d hope these would all be available before any AGM is called.

Whilst I've always been optimistic with regards to KDR's long term prospects, I'm never too far away from a bit of good old cynicism... ; ) Fair play though, get these whilst they're cheap, hopefully when we receive drilling results from Finland and NI, it may be the boost the share price deserves.

Let's face it, it comes down to whether you have faith in the BOD to deliver a result.

They haven't done anything that wouldn't happen on 99% of other AIM companies. If I was sitting on a potential diamond province or any other large resource, I would want to fill my boots ahead of any game-changing news, It's basic common sense. General shareholders (including myself) will clearly not be happy with how the raise was conducted, but we buy shares and enter the market at a price point we are happy with.

If your belief is that KDR is another share from the cesspit of AIM, don't invest. However...

Are they a whisker away from having a legal force over a new diamond mine at Lahtojoki, yes.

Have they proven it to be already very profitable at circa 30p per share, even without the further pending results from the south which are likely to make it far more profitable, yes.

Have they delineated further kimberlites at Seitapera and Riihivaara, yes.

Have they found other fancy coloured diamonds in the Kuhmo region and planned lot's of further exploration to find what it came from, yes. (Do they have funding now to drill the remainder of 38 targets, yes).

Have they found delineated a highly anomalous river catchment area for nickel, copper and platinum group metals in NI, yes. (Do they have funding now to drill these targets, yes).

Do they have other projects that they are keeping very quiet about (Salla and Liperi), yes.

I could keep whingeing about the discounted raise all day but that won't change anything. As I see massive potential in this company I'm not going anywhere whilst drilling is about to start, and results are pending on a number of exciting and potentially highly lucrative projects.

Maybe people don't know (or like to forget when their trading account shows a different amount) that the Prof has serious form in delivering results long term. If I was as loaded (and as old!) as him I certainly wouldn't bother with this unless I thought an unbelievable success could be achieved here.

Not totally unexpected, drilling costs a lot more than a few trials pits. On the one hand I’m not over the moon about the discount, but I’m am pleased we have funds for the exploration work.

Another positive is that a lot of shares and warrants are staying in house, they would like more which is good to see.

I believe there is a major in the background. However, I’m not necessarily sure I would pump my own money in without knowing with more certainty what was there. Who knows at what point a major would be satisfied that this is the real deal, but the current exploration programme could go a long way in getting to that point.

Raise or no raise, if the results from Kuhmo and/or NI are very positive, it would make the current price irrelevant. That’s why I’m holding long term.

99% of those who post on here, have been here for some time. Those who back to the company and those who vilify it.

There will never be enough updates, or enough substance in those updates, to appease everybody. The company clearly have their reasons.

Plenty of news is coming, and when it does, I think it will be very positive. Each to their own though.

Who knows John. Could it be forward selling of the 600,000 2p warrant exercised yesterday (for a nice little gain)? Monicor? Someone who has the hump because the Prof is issuing updates as promised?

Re raising funds - Whether they have enough for all the exploration/analysis work on all projects, again - who knows? As Steve mentions, there is some ambiguity as to whether we are picking up the tab, or we are contributing to the overall exploration budget backed by A.N.Other? It wouldn't surprise me either way considering the potential of the assets.

With the NI sampling results back with the company from ODM, hopefully they now have some capacity to look at the Kuhmo samples! Once that's done it, would be good to get some more info on the drilling for both Kuhmo and NI. I'm not expecting detailed locations and drill plans etc. but programme updates would be good.

4th RNS in 4 days, that’s highly anomalous! The good news keeps on coming, it looks like they have defined a specific area of interest in NI which is exciting. The continuous copper tweets might be starting to make sense now too.

I’m not sure why some have got the hump. There isn’t that much you can say about some untested samples. I’m pleased KDR is keeping us in the loop, hopefully they continue to keep us updated on all fronts as we go along. If or when (as I suspect) they have something to make a song and dance about, I’m sure they will.

One of the downsides to a share like this as opposed to an oiler for example, is understanding what they’re telling you in the updates (Hoops is on point) Oilers are a bit more black and white, it’s either a gusher or it isn’t. The exploration journey here is a more iterative process.

End result is still the same, there’s either a truck load of diamonds or not. We’ll just have to wait and see!

Progressing nicely! Trial pitting complete on 23 targets, samples sent to ODM. When results received, the remaining targets will be drilled along with any of the pitted samples that are deemed highly anomalous… sounds ominous…

You could sell more than that yesterday Steve, and that's taking into account the 350k "sell" that went through at close.

It's hard to say Steve, maybe it's just a big coincidence that KDR's exploration permit over South Lahtojoki became legally valid 1 month after Mr Björnberg's participation in the fundraising...

Don’t tell the Prof, he’ll have a claim reservation on your shed by Monday morning, perhaps the whole of the south west, just in case the indicator train stretches down to Lands end.
