As Steve has previously stated, he might be trying to force an offer out of AA. Also, it is entirely reasonable that AA play hardball for the benefit of their shareholders. But I think what he is saying is probably a fair reflection of current plans. Happy to be corrected. The podcast team did a good job at asking points raised on the bb's.

The divergence in copper is interesting and showing good relative strength against the dollar and bonds. Will be interesting to watch and see if it is now on an upward trend. With Liz (no handouts)Truss opening the cash till it will be interesting to see if other Governments follow.

Since the end of MWA/ASA I no longer follow the Zim situation or Bindura nickel situation. But the local supply of nickel was running down. A new large local nickel mine would be excellent for them and there would be a ready buyer. But be aware, Zim politics are extremely difficult.

People can interpret things in their own way. But my feeling was he was referring to XTR and the 2 m/t in the interview and XX being awkward.

Thanks for posting. And thanks Colin for covering a few of my other investments. I hope he is right about 2023. It would be great if he could pull the Zim nickel project off. There is a smelter and refinery close by at Bindura (which lost me a fortune). One can only hope things change for the better in Zim. Interesting times ahead.

People also forget our current account deficit is at record highs. The days of selling of our companies and housing to the Chinese etc is over. We desperately need foreign exchange or we are facing a balance of payments crisis. Promoting Sea Lion would show the markets we are serious about growth.
