I am not sure what the electronic version of "bottom drawer" is, but I feel like it will be the case for the foreseeable future. Looking for a multi mineralized system might be laudable or maybe CB just doesn't feel we would get the type of valuation that he wants in the current market (accepting long term pricing but I doubt no pricing would give say $5lb which he may want). Neither bad reasons for CB to hold back from selling BR but probably means topping up shares on weakness. Feels like JLP revisited from 15 years ago.

When AA sold the BR licenses in 2017, surely the Valmin clause would have been included to protect their interests. If we can walk away why have it ?
Also if you look at current parameters then I can't see how the project will look that good. Energy prices in Oz have gone through the roof, diesel is expensive, cost of capital etc all going up yet the copper price is going down.
Given how much money Colin is currently costing me across his companies I hate to be defending him. But I can see an argument for delaying a BR sell. And in the previous podcast he did mention maximising shareholder value.

Yesterday Steve quoted "The expert has 60 days to say what he thinks the value is using the Valmin method, which includes a DCF model, and Enterprise Value and looks at similar sales in the last five years"
Even if we reach 2m/t, AA could offer a low ball price then use the Valmin method. Given the current copper price, possibly worse next year and similar project sales based on the "last 5 years", is it in our interest to rush a sell. Valuations will not be based on some hypothetical high value of copper in x years time.

I always thought market sensitive news had to be released. Anyway, at least we have good cash income from Manica even if copper in Zambia not looking so great.

Personally I would much rather we focus our resources on an area that we know ie Bushranger, rather than waste time and resources buying new projects in hopeless but geologically appealing countries like Zimbabwe.

Looks like it is going to be a busy year next year with 30 drills. I hope it turns out to be far more profitable to me than XTR currently is .......................

Thanks for providing some figures of what we stand to make. I thought similar. I have been surprised there hasn't been more selling but likewise think Why ?. Navitas appear serious and having waited so long (virtually writing the shares off), I think the future is exciting and can see a £1 as share again. But it is still binary, if Navitas get cold feet then I guess the shares will be worthless, any OM award being spent on the pre FID, salaries, bonuses etc.

Agreed, wouldn't get me rushing to buy more shares. But in total still a significant amount of copper and gold across the prospect. Look forward to what Iceberg says.

The Taiwan situation should keep the gold price up which is all good for our finances. Would be nice to hear rumours regarding a BR sale ?? but nothing currently showing in the shareprice to get me excited.

Wasn't the last time we had the conversation about men in suits at Port Stanley it was Anadarko and we were talking about £5 a share. Memories ................

Where as I hope we have done "cracking" deals, I do not see any value added. Assuming we get the Glenover cash, we are basically valued at cash value. The markets disagrees that those deals are "cracking"/ 10 baggers etc. Those options are hardly being set at a demanding price. If they were set at 2p or more at least that would show some confidence regarding our "cracking" deals.

In his defense, at least he doesn't discriminate across his many Companies. Same promises and delays across the board. Personally think he has too many projects/companies to give sufficient time and focus. Plus always looking for the next "game changer" to prop up the bulletin boards. Saying that, hope all his companies eventually come good but keep telling myself - be patient !!!.

AA seems to be having a hard time at the moment with copper production despite what were high copper prices. Maybe it a test of who has the best poker skills between CB and AA.
