I think they’ve had huge support RR, to the tune of some $400 mil, I wouldn’t go patting them on the back just yet!

Don’t have the answers, but if it is the case that there will be no updates whilst the court cases are ongoing, we could be waiting a very long time before any news is released. They could just tell us as much and put us in the picture.

As I’ve said before, if things are going so good on the ground, surely that only helps FRR’s case against Hope/Outrider. So why not issue an Operations update?
Maybe operations aren’t going as well as we think and that’s why they are keeping shtum, or it could strengthen Hope/Outriders case that there is no future for FRR.
The latter is not the case I’m my opinion, but just can’t make any sense of it all.

It’s all getting a little ridiculous now this continually having to guess what’s going on!
Possibly we are not worthy of any update, after all they have had our money’s and have no way of being able to ask for any more. Who knows? They might just be thinking the longer this goes on the less we will expect to see any of our money coming back.

In the time I have been invested here, I have not seen anyone correctly predict the next news to come out of FRR, neither super sleuths nor nobody’s like me, can get it right.
I am pretty confident in saying that won’t change any time soon.

I think we would all feel a little better if the company were to update us shareholders on what is currently going on in the field as well as the new direction of the Court case. Yes I get it there is a NDA in place and an ongoing Court Case, but let’s face it, this is now likely to run on a lot longer and with Arbitration around the corner we will all be here guessing in Q4

I sincerely hope you are right free, but it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if the outcome of the court case is, SH stays as a Director & picks up 500mil shares from the headroom, has No veto on funding and pick up the 20mil next year for the loan notes.
So in all : we get the loan, progress in the field but Sh now holds shares and still owed 20mil in 2020.
