Easiest way to sell your shares is offer them back to the company.

That’s what I can’t get my head around, I know I ain’t the brightest, but if the court case is all about getting the loan under the watchful eye of the judge and so pay OR off, why can’t they tell us what is going on in the field? How would a good opps update effect the cc, what could Hope come back with...oh right your doing fantastically well are you...I want my 20mill back then. Surely the company showing great progress would only enhance the judges comments regarding OOCS. Or it could simply be the case that operations have stopped so nothing to report !

As a Director of the company, wouldn’t he have regular visits to the field (Block 12)?
If not I would assume he is within his rights to do so, I know the court documents suggest he is being kept out of the loop, but has he ....really?
Surely any Director worth their salt would get their arse over to where the action is, if they had doubts about the information being released to them!
That being said, if SH does now know exactly what’s going on in the field, how would an operations update affect the court case?

All fun with the powers that be!Anaklia Development Consortium (ADC) released a statement in response to Tskitishvili’s speech and the investors’ demands. ADC insists that Tskitishvili made ‘false, biased and distorted statements which harm the project and its construction process as well as international investors who are willing to take part in the port’s construction and who took risks to invest just 4 kilometers from a conflict zone, near Abkhazia.’

The Consortium also stressed that such statements are damaging to the investment environment of the project and the country as a whole.

The Consortium said it also believes the demands to be an attempt to discredit the US company SSA Marine, the largest shareholder in the project. “Such statements may have a negative impact on Georgian-American relations,” reads the statement.

The Anakalia Development Consortium has stated that it is ready for business dialogue and construction. The negotiations with investors are continuing.

Correct Ivy, although they have a hefty hole in the pension fund I have been assured a portion of profits will be filling the hole. No dilution No fund raise, but as with anything nothing is guaranteed and this is by no means advice. Have a great weekend

Yes a Dabber and for my sins a lth of a season ticket for the not so mighty Potters.
Not putting my life on hold any longer, waiting for the saga that is FRR to unfold. I cashed in all my other shares an put all into FRR prior to the delisting, it could be the best decision I have ever made but on the other hand I could have thrown all my savings away.
What it has done for me is focus my mind on my family and my job, I have not touched shares since delisting and although I would love to buy shares in a company I used to work for that are currently at the bottom of their cycle before their uplift of circa 50% I have no funds to invest, so no point in worrying about it.
If you have your health, you can make life as good as good as you want it to be. But make no bones about it, if we haven’t heard anything from the company over the next few weeks, I will be using the money I am putting aside to find out where and what has happened to my life savings.
