On my part over exposed, as I have said kicking my own arse, the family know the score but it don’t half make you feel like a t.w.a.t when I had been bigging the company up and the possible opportunity to make some money. Family and friends invested here so apologies for being a bit up and down.

Well as long as the nudge nudge wink winks pay off, and the withholding of financial information to the company’s shareholders and possibly Nominated Advisers is overlooked, then I guess we may end up okay, fingers and toes crossed for all of us.

If BP were any where near coming to some sort of agreement with FRR prior to our default, why the **** wouldn’t our 2 “super heroes “ cough up to smooth the way, Risk Billions for a couple of mill just doesn’t make sense, but what the feck do I know.
I think we are going to need more than luck here, unless they have some serious shit on Hope that they’ve not revealed yet. Lol

The silence from the company is really poor, I can only deduce from that, that the company has nothing positive currently happening.

PJ, I got sick of telling the family it will be this week, then this month, then this year, until we de-listed I hadn’t told them how much I was in for.
To be fair, they have not asked me about FRR since.
I still hold the candle, I feckin have to! But is the flame still burning or is it going out?

Since the day we de-listed, I have not “gambled “ my money in any other share, I have a wish to invest in other shares but FRR have taken my passion away for extravagants, this is a journey, for me for my sins I went all in.
I have already layed my predicament bare to my family, there will be NO fancy do for my girls that are 50,21,& 18 this year. That is life, we trust in people and try to make a better life for ourselves and our families.

I know you don’t know, just wanted your opinion.
I get that the Lawyers will be advising for all parties to say nothing, just trying to get a sense of how Outrider shareholders might be feeling or seeing what’s going on.

What a bloody mess we have gotten ourselves into! Sounds like this year will be a complete write off.
What I cannot get my head around is why didn’t we use the headroom shares to contribute to the interest payment?
Surely there were options prior to litigation, seems we have been planning the Caymens route for a while & that hasn’t turned out as we have wanted so we will try somewhere else.
We know nothing of operations on the ground, what we are producing and how much!
We don’t know if we have been granted the Durham loan!
We do know silence from the company is NEVER GOOD.
I would be pretty sure both SN & Zaza if we were to loose the the court case, will be alright financially.
As a group we are the Majority share holders... yet kept in the dark.
Do they THINK that WE as the majority, want to take the company down this route?
If they would of been truthful about the interest payment and explained the situation to us, would we not of helped out financially!
Without knowing all the facts as usual, we are left guessing.
I just hope that the BOD have some serious incriminating evidence on SH, or the company has taken a big gamble on our behalf and with our monies.

I am sure I read in one of the court documents posted, Hope blocked 3mill funding in 2018, was that the deeper drill we were re-negotiating? If so then what happened?

Does this now look likely that we haven’t been granted the loan? Either No Hope has been able to block it or Due Diligence didn’t go well!
If we have been granted the loan & Hope won’t accept being paid off, how would that look to a jury & judge?
Always more questions!
