Like to here from Kickmuck & Mole, but I guess kickmuck now realises he was talking shite & Mole is probably as pished off with the whole situation as the rest of us.

I don’t think we’ve been scammed, other than the “now knows” that FRR had failed to tell us!
It seems very much that what started out as a grudge match has now turned into a winner takes all at any cost scenario!
Both parties may have initially believed that an OOCS could have been reached, if we do get the injunction & discovery it may still happen.
My opinion fwiw is this is going all the way FRR win or SH/Outrider win.
SH definitely will not want this going to trial by jury & that’s why he is trying to take the assets sharpish, another reason why FRR have moved them, cat and mouse from FRR as we need to eek this out all the way to trial (hopefully).

So the Caymans court proceedings was a stalemate, I say that because We had the chance of a special appeal hearing in London and didn’t take it, why would that be? I would imagine our lawyers thought our case was not strong enough to win & if we had of lost, we wouldn’t have been able to move to California.
So we move to California “without prejudice” as Sh/Outrider are unaware at the time that We are going to try again in Cali and probably think that an oocs can be accomplished and in Sh/Outrider favour.
So We start the proceedings in Cali & request a trial by jury, that again sounds like our lawyers think our legal case is week and we to plead our case to joe public and hope that they understand our plight!
None of this is going our way so far and we’ve not seen any hidden gems from FRR to make us think we’ve got Hope by the balls.
TRO we were desperate for it but didn’t get it.
INJUNCTION we are desperate for it but looking unlikely to get it.
DECLARATION of SOLVENCY, again who would risk putting money in to a company in our current legal situation? We can only hope that we are producing shite loads of Oil & Gas to be able to service our debts and more.

My guess is we thought Sh/Outrider would have caved in way before now, oh what a dark road we have been led down.

Finn it’s all guess work, in the 3 years or so that I’ve been here, I can’t recall anyone predicting correctly the next news to come out of FRR, either by RNS Twitter or what will unfold at a shareholders meeting.
What ever we think is going to happen next we will probably be wrong!

Been trying to way up what might be going on with regards to work on the ground.
“If” we have the to loose the asset (block12) would we(FRR) carry on throwing money at work overs, clean ups etc or would we be opening the taps on the Wells we have on test/production to get out as much oil as possible until the conclusion of the legal matters?
We are also led to believe that BH are still working with us, would they give us any sort of credit line in our current situation or are we paying them as we go?
My view fwiw is, the taps are fully open, we are paying costs and YA from production and that’s why we now have a potential $150m Line of credit as a posed to the original $50/60 mil.
Anyone any ideas?

A communication from our lawyers that says the following,
If Defendants are not stopped from breaking apart Frontera Resources and it’s subsidiary’s, not only will it cause irreparable harm between the company and the country’s governments in which FRR conduct their business, it will also cause great financial pain to the many shareholders that have contributed greatly to the near $500m invested in Georgia to date, pensions and life savings have brought the company to the cusp of greatness for all to be lost to Mr Hope and his Vulture Fund should he not be stopped.

Won’t happen as no one gives a feck for us pesky shareholders, lol

Sounds to me like FRR’s sleeves are getting longer and they have just let Hopes lawyers know.

A stay comes up in primarily two circumstances. The first is when a party to a lawsuit has been ordered to turn over information to the other side as part of the discovery process, and that party is trying to avoid doing so. The party trying to avoid discovery will file a motion for a “discovery stay.”6 May 2016

I am probably wrong, but I’m reading it as FRR will agree to the extension if defendants don’t seek to stay discovery.

If we couldn’t secure the Durham $60 mil I don’t know how we can secure the $150 mil.
Yes Hope is now off the board, but we are at the start/middle of a very complex court case that doesn’t seem to be heading in our favour, and if we were to come out of this “alive” we then head into the arbitration!
Without those 2 events coming to a positive conclusion, who in there right mind would put up $150 min?
There has to be a lot of positive discussions going on behind the scenes regarding oocs & also the Georgians to be able to pull this off. Bwtfdik

What’s all the beef with starage?
We all did our research before we invested, and I’m sure I should/could have done more!
Pretty sure it’s SN & ZAZA that have had my money and not starage.
If a miracle does happen and we come through this shite fest that the 2 of them are putting us through, would you trust them again or would you cut and run?

We’re all pishing in the wind free, if both lots are as stubborn as it appears then it’s anyone’s guess how this will turn out.

Personally can’t see us securing any funding/debt facility whilst the court case is ongoing, and still don’t believe there is any reason why they cannot give us an operations update, especially now Hope is not on the board.
Unless operations are not as good as we believe/hope they are.
Keeping fingers crossed for something positive anyhow.

I do wonder if they didn’t go for the appeal hearing in the UK as it would be in the back garden of the majority of shareholders, and didn’t fancy the fuss/abuse Lol
