We all New this was on the table for this year, if we were still listed where do you think the SP would be at this point? I would take a bet that it wouldn’t be far off where it is now, plenty and me included would have bailed well before now! Whilst I’ve wrote this off in my head, I still think we have half a chance of this coming good (on a positive day anyway). Worst case for me is I’ve given my life savings to a USA & Georgian charity, just waiting to get a picture of the endangered animal my money has sponsored. Lol
It’s been walked up and walked back down, nothing at all to do with the progress the company is making. News on the jv and other contracts could land at any time should the company wish to help push the sp. Major shareholders are supporting the company & not selling out, why would they at this level. This is in a totally different place to where it was 12 months ago, I certainly don’t see the £1 mil contract being the big reveal, plenty more to come imho. Got to be getting near oversold now even though a lot of reported sells are actually buys!
The restructuring last year meant that we entered this year with an appropriate cost base and the refinancing in the first quarter has given us a stable platform from which to grow. To that end, in May this year we recruited a new Head of Sales to drive sales growth. Already our level of engagement with our key customers, including a large international outsourcer, has immeasurably improved. In addition, we are being awarded extensions to other contracts and have commenced new projects which we expect to grow over the coming months.
Furthermore, we were very pleased to enter into a new partnership with another global IT services company during the period, and the first project under this new partnership commenced post-period end in August. We believe there is significant potential for growth with this partner and look forward to updating shareholders in this respect.

JGroup revenue in the period was impacted by certain projects and contracts coming to an end and a general level of churn in the business, in particular with respect to our cloud and networks divisions. In order to address this going forward, we continue to enhance our cloud platform and offering and are developing a joint value proposition with Equinix, Inc. a multi-national data centre and co-location provider. Furthermore, we continue to close down legacy networks in order to improve service and profitability.
Be good to get some updates on the jv. Some sleuthing to do this weekend,Gla
Funny thing is, the shares I’ve made money on are where I have sold on no news when the share has been rising. Shares I’ve held on to waiting for news whether good or bad have all seen a pull back with the news. Got to be clever with this GAim ‘me not so’ still happy here as the upside and the plan for the company is very positive IMHO. Gla
No matter how many times I’ve seen it before, I’m always staggered how the MM’s can get away with trashing a company’s share price after the issue of a positive statement! More buys than sells proves that it is not supply and demand only that moves a stock up or down. How many times have you seen a stock red with sells but the SP climbing in the opposite direction? ‘Money Makers’ dictate the market.
RNS, stated that ide have started to recover previously lost shareholder value. 4/5 trading days to see what that value is. And they are talking about the main shareholders that bought in at a price a lot higher than where we are today!
