I believe if the FCA had not objected to SOA1 neither would the Judge.

To be clear, the Court did not decide whether or not market manipulation had occurred. That was not its function nor the purpose of the proceeding.



The Court also held that even had it not concluded that Professor Mitts' expert evidence was speculative, it still would not have granted relief for a variety of policy reasons, including "a risk of damage to public confidence in the FCA as regulator".

We’ve been told by GJ that Amigo have regular dialogue with the FCA, can’t be Much to talk about if an indication of what would be acceptable isn’t discussed. The FCA intervened at the 11th hour, probably political pressure!
I’m 100% positive on a positive outcome, I wouldn’t be here otherwise.
If I’m wrong then so be it, we live & learn.

I’m airing on the side of the FCA & Judge here, I certainly think there is a way forward out of this situation.
Should Amigo close the doors then it would again highlight the failings of the FCA. However, should Amigo come back with a revised SOA that the FCA doesn’t object too, they will all be patting themselves on the back. A little more pain for us initially. Get to re-lending and we can sit on our hands for a while.
* close the doors and prolee can run around the playground shouting I told you so......I told you so.
* get a revised SOA passed and we won’t hear from prolee again.

Just been reading some of the comments on debt camel site, one guy openly admits to lying to Amigo in order to get the loan, now what’s his money back.

I just believe there are 3 types of people in this world.
Those that are willing to work to achieve their goals, those that work bloody hard but feel like they are treading water, and those that have 7 kids not prepared to work & complain how hard done to they are. A fair portion will be trying to get money back from loan companies!!!!!!!!!

Loan sharks! After I’d payed off my loan with Everyday loans they rang me every week for 6 months, 10 sec conversation at most “no I’m okay thank you “ end of. Please stop the world I want to get off!!!!!!

I bought a VW golf 10/12 years ago, loved the car.
As advertised,CmC’s are now saying I was possibly miss sold that car! I can claim!
Get a grip, someone/something will make this stop or manufacturing of goods will collapse.
