Evening all, serious question!
With the lockdown on communication now 6months, how long are folks here prepared to give the company before we need to take advice on forcing the company to engage? There is information in the public domain, court docs, Ukraine etc but not a peep from the company.Yes I know we are going over old ground but I am now at a point where I need to make financial decisions and knowing where we are with the company could and probably will influence my decisions.
I am trying to work on the theory that all has gone but if it hasn’t I could make different arrangements.

Whilst I am trying to look for the positives in all this such as the declaration of solvency, hope off the board and if we are to believe the company the possibility of a $150 mil transaction, time is running by and arbitration is around the corner. Yes we do not have the full picture probably no where near and events will dictate the issue of news.
We were told we Only go into legal battle if we are confident of winning ( currently we are not winning from what we have seen).
We were told the company will keep us updated via RNS reach & the website (no communication in 6 months).
What we do know is the company has form when it comes to not releasing facts or bad news!
I just don’t see what bearing it would have on the CC if the company were to release a brief statement stating operations on the ground are progressing as planned but no further information can be released until conclusion of the CC. What possible harm can that do? Unless of course operations have not progressed!
I haven’t been to any of the shareholders meetings with ZAZA and so have had to rely on the good folk here to give their perception of ZAZA, most if not all that have met with him have been convinced that he is a good bloke, comes across as honest and does care for us investors, the current situation we find ourselves in “without the full picture” doesn’t convince me that he is working on our behalf.
Obviously this could all still turn out fantastically for us and fingers crossed it does and I will applaud ZAZA, but without any info from the company it’s heads or tales.
Yes we all pushed the button to buy, but if we were presented with all the facts and were asked to vote on what course of action to take with regards to SH/Outrider, would we have voted for this or to raise funds to keep up with payments until the notes are due next year? If we had of kept up with the interest payment, could SH of vetoed a potential farm in agreement or indeed a sale of assets with SN receiving note payment first? That itself leads me to believe there is/was nothing likely to happen along those lines.
The $150 mil farm in leads us to believe that things have now changed (T39) possibly! But again will it materialise?
When was the last time No news was good news with FRR?

Time for the BOD to come clean to shareholders, none of this very expensive legal wrangling has shown FRR in a good light, more like ill advised or incompetent. Is this why SN is no longer on the Atlantic council?
What position are the company in now, stronger or weaker than before legal proceedings were initiated?
The constant knock backs from the courts show are case to be week and SH to have a good legal footing.
Will we ever hear from these jokers again? We plead that the process SH is/has taken is doing irreparable harm to the relationships FRR have with the Governments of the Country’s in where FRR work, WE started all this shite for flecks sake. Seriously though, for on lookers with no financial interest here we must look like a bunch of amateurs sat on one of the biggest natural resource assets on the planet. Bring in Frank Timmis Lol

I’ve given up on guessing what’s going on here!
We have applied for 2 injunctions so far and both have failed, we’ve applied for a TRO again failed.
We believe the assets have been moved from the subsidiary that is currently being liquidated.
Thanks to TSBS we know know that the shares we hold are not in the company being liquidated.
We believe that Hope/OMF can only claim/recoup the outstanding debt, if this is the case then why can FRR not update shareholders on operations? And I don’t go with this NDA bollox.
We all believe that the business conducted by Outrider is morally wrong, I think after 6months of silence from FRR it is morally wrong that WE as part owners of the company are not deemed worthy of any sort of communication no matter how small. Many people have invested vast amounts of money here but still we are insignificant.
The only reason I can see for the silence is, and I very much hope I’m wrong, Operation’s have progressed little since the legal proceedings started and ZAZA now that Hope is off the board has put his $5 mil in to the coffers to keep the lights on and possibly pay YA, thus proving SH right. Otherwise give us a little relief and tell us we’re producing vast amounts of Oil&Gas and in doing so prove to the courts and SH that we are more than solvent.

Rant over this is totally fecking with my head, I think as much as we need luck at this point I would settle for some honesty, no matter how good or bad.

How do we get to $30m in 12 months is peanuts?
We’ve not been able to service the $2m interest payments and So brought us to default!
If Zaza was that confident of commercial production Gas/Oil going into the 2019 campaign, he would of offered the $5mil loan below Outrider level, serviced the interest payment ( that FRR agreed to) and carried on with the drilling program, increasing production to be able to service all debts up until we have to pay SH off in full, with what I don’t know!
I think it’s probably the case that at the time of the interest payment, we were in the shite financially and also Zaza&SN never had any intention of paying the interest as they probably don’t with the final balance next year.
No Fecker likes Hope but our boys have now backed us into a corner where the possibility of losing all is very real.
