That in itself leads me to believe that the silence is not to do with the court case, otherwise they could issue a brief statement stating the fact that “ the company are unable to issue any updates until conclusion of legal proceedings “ simples. Lol

Would be nice to see some taking a good stake here!

Where is this information coming from that leads us to believe the company is intending to relist?
The last RNS stated that we are now to grow as a private company!

It’s a binary bet if we will ever hear from this lot again, the company have never really wanted to engage with shareholders in the first place, Zaza was rolled out when the going was getting to tough for SN.
Great he engaged during fund raises and again after, selling the dream as they all do!
Which ever way the sword falls on this drama I can guarantee you that SN & Zaza will not loose out, as for us , we are now merely bystanders. They don’t owe us feck all, its business end of!
It could be a golden goose & it could be a damp squib, who the feck knows, but currently the company have not shown themselves in the best light which is worrying.

Doesn’t scratch the surface of what i might of lost here, just a punt that paid off, might go back in yet lol
