My personal feeling is that the real value on the LSE will be in KAH, as they hold the key to all this, saying that it will cost you £1 approx to get in. EML and the rest of the Dattles holding will have the say to all this, and whoever does make the first move will need this support, thus being a T/O merger or what, EML is the cheapest way in but may not be the most profitable… My view...

First of all it was the KAH AGM. 1) 17.9M raised by KAH to keep the KAH holding at 40% after a bit of dillution in EXT 2) Yes, KAH have rasied this already. Sounds like RIO would have blocked this with another shareholder if KAH didnt agree. What's Rio's thinking behind this I dont know, obviously they will want EXT and probably KAH in some sort, and by this they have a say in the KAH decisions as they hold a quite high % (enough to block the vote with the other smaller shareholder). The post from the Ausssie, was purely his feeling being at the AGM, One thing though, Dattles & Co has got to be behind a vote in favour for this to happen, so how it pans out I dont know.. Sage is the expert on this one...

Make of this what you will: This is a post from hotcopper, a Aussie site very similar to this one, the poster was just back from the KAH AGM, and these are his comments: "Just a couple of points that previous post mentioned with regards to the maximum 40% level requested by rio. The deal requested by rio was said to be a gentlemans agreement between kalahari and rio at the meeting! I believe that for the deal to go through we may not see any other future purchases from rio for either kah or ext other than a bid from them for the two companies in the not to distant future. Also they have on drill working on an area between zone 2 and ida dome. This gets better by the day,all we need now is to keep drilling this monster!!"

Read the post below by HandyKart, it is the answer to the question raised the other day, re: why Rio said max 40% by KAH in EXT.. Thanks HandyKart, and there is posts over this on the hotcopper site for EXT (being they are direct shareholders on the ASX stock it does make good reading)

With regards to my comment last night, I held in here at about 3p due to the Swazi gold 100% ownership due date, and the 100% funding by BHP for that project. Plus they had a large % holding in KIM. The swazi deadline kept being put off, even though they only had to pay a bit more, which tells me it's not worth much.. KIM sold all their diamond assets for 500K, and DWK left that board of directors, KIM (or what ever they have now reinvented themselves as) is worth nish now.. And why did BHP stop the funded project walking away from it… To me this has lost it's appeal.. IMO.. Yes they have some cash, but it's not for me anymore..

Considering all the deals above 2p (2.03p, 2.05p) are buys, and all the deals at 2p are sells, I think this is going quite well today.. Obviously everything is below MID price so it is all being seen as sells....

One bit of advice I will give you is forget about PRL.. It gets more and more dilluted, with the increasing share cap... The last time I saw it, it was an extra 50M shares for something.. Concentrate on EML and KAH

I do find it funny how traders that are here knowing every stock will take a hit now and again start to panic, then after re-readig the RNS serveral times they start to understand why it was like this. You should be taking this oppurinity to top up as I bet most are holding above the current SP... Or if you are worried about the 10:1 then top up after that, but at what price I dont know as the share cap will be 77M approx, and 70% of that is held by Cyrus, with RAB current holding which will be 2.9% after the 10:1, there is not much to go around so this stock will become a stock that moves with virtually every purchase (to see how that goes check FND a stock in the same boat low share cap and big % holders meaning not much stock around) All the AGU cards are on the table now, so we can see where this is going (again before I get a post saying I'm ramping, I'm not, I'm just being honest)

be careful with this one, check the gold project as well been a long drawn out process to get a larger hold if they want it.

Only asked as teh BID is 2p and ASK 2.25p, so it may have been a big trade... I still think this will be OK long term, just sit tight and ride the storm..

I do hope the prices you are quoting are not after the consolidation, as we will be in trouble.....

The Barc thing is only due to the increased share cap, thus reducing thhe Barc % holding..

cyrus having 70% of the stock was not on my radar, but if this is what it takes to get agu on the main riad then so be it. After the fall i did take advantage and picked up another 192k shares, while keeping my average under 2p.. So yes they are on my long term plan

the 1:10 is not bad, it keeps the share cap under control. Remember the value of each share will be 10x so it does not really make a difference...
