A reason for the rise this morning, a delayed trade has just popped up, for another overnight trade.. Bloody Aussies..

They are a good buy for me, I would like to up my holding, my average is 13.5p so I hate topping up and increasing my average (although I might have to) it was getting to a good buy in point the other day (15.5p), but then the overnight trades get in before you and the price goes up with virtually each trade (small share cap). If you go back through the posts there are some good articles on what they do, and what they have. One reason why I didnt go in large at the 13.5p was the fact not many trades happen, and I was worried they would delist from the AIM, and just hold on the ASX, but from reading all the corporate guff it seems they are commited to both the AIM and ASX. And the number of trades on the ASX is about the same.. I did notice on hot copper that a major shareholder RNS (ASX version) for 9M shares was posted today.

A price that moves with no trades, I have a gut feeling about these. And I like having a gut feeling..

This bit was a bit cryptic: "There will be other resolutions for shareholders to consider but I believe that they are all aimed at strengthening our balance sheet and other aspects of the business with the objective of continually enhancing shareholder value"

Amazing how this tracks the ASX listed stock, today FND on the ASX is 40c ASK, with the A$ 2 for 1 with the £ the ASk on the LSE is 20p.....

To be honest I havent made any more contact, they assured me everything was in place, and as I mentioned before it is the LSE / FSA / NOMAD holding it all up, they didnt explain more than that... So I'm happy to wait.

I've seen the holy grail aka 100% up with these, and am now just below, one thing I do know is I will see that magic figure again. I'm of the thinking I will leave the whole lot to run for my 5 to 10 year plan... Everything is in place for a nice ride..

I have calculated from the MCM website that there is 5.3M shares on the open market (taking the latest RNS as well).. Not many in real terms.. I also see from the website that if a private shareholder has more than 1000 shares they can become a member of the shareholder privileges scheme..

Thanks, note how a single trade effects the ASK, suspect they are short of these.. And a small share cap.. They seem to pay a OK dividend as well.. Looks good..

I stand corrected, a buy for 100K just popped in as a delayed trade.. (It was a buy as that was the ASK before the jump)

Another buy just popped in and now ASK 49p live, only for a small amount as well..

Look at the trades from today, the 50K buy was the push upto 19p, then it was removed... But the ASK and MID wasn't corrected for this..

Just checked, on ASX up 4% and quite high volume traded for these.. Also seems the extra shares have all been taken up giving them the funding for the main processing plant.. Good news..
