Just do a Negotiated trade for 140,000.. You will get all of them at 5.5p If you are not sure, do a dummy buy before hand, i.e. ask for a price for 1000 shares, see the price and then decline.. If it's 5.5p then put the full trade in..

Sorry to ask the same question as riddler the otehr day, but when you put: sell side 2, 3, 1 prices 3.5p, 3.75p, 4p Are you saying 2 mm's @ 3.5p, 3mm's @3.75p and 1 mm @4p

Yes I am more confident, when the issues were explained with regards to the RNS, and being with the LSE / FSA and NOMAD, not Cyrus. I felt the frustration in the directors email, they want it out ASAP as well...

Dont get me wrong I hold here, but I like to trade on gut feeling, along with some ressearch, so I can try and work out the bigger picture. Before I jump in with both feet like RIFT, I would like to see what the next move is with EML..

As a result of the directors getting the stock at 2p, I would not be surprised if there is some sort of agreement for them not to sell any within a certain time frame. (My take on it) I have had a email chat with one of the directors yesterday, for which I can say they are very confident on what they are doing, and I can see why. Also it was assured that there are no suprises to come out, it's a clean ship they are sailing which is good for the shareholders. And he also likes the terms of the finance deal with Cyrus. We can see these when the RNS is out, the words were "out soon"

Value of EXT to EML: EXT = approx (A$4.85 x 358479) / 2 = £869K Seems that Dattels has taken a more direct role in the play of this, along with PRL... EXT are getting left behind.. Yes EML have the KAH holding... But the EML holding direct in EXT is more of a token holding in the big scheme of things, I would like EML to take a more direct stake in EXT. Like what PRL are doing (but with PRL their share capital is too big, thus not much gain per share in PRL) Dattels is a very clever man, (no disrepect) but he is in business not for us but for himself... Hence his personal stake..

So EML have 358,479 of EXT And Dattels personally has 2.1M of EXT.... Tells a story of why this has not risen as expected...

If you log onto hotcopper, and look at EXT, then announcements you can see a pdf which shows all the PRL buys, note how they are using different PRL holding companies to purchase them.. (sorry cannot post it as you can only download it, not look as a web link) Also it shows all the Dattels holding, very interesting, he owns more by himself than EML do, I'll write the annex A info: Annexure A: "Stephen Roland Dattels has the power to control 2,107,760 ordinary shares of EXT which are owned by Yvoire Investments Limited (1,507,760 shares which are held on trust for Stephen Roland Dattels) and Regent Mercantile Bancorp (600,000 shares which are held on trust for Jennifer Jane Dattels). Jennifer Jane Dattles is the wife of Stephen Roland Dattels. Stephen Roland Dattels is an associate of PRL by vittue of section 12(2)(c) of teh corporations Act.

With the directors new shareholding at 2p.. All I can say is we have them cheaper than you!!!

It's going to be a hard day to work out whats going on, I see the 2p shares are being shown on the live as a 36% drop when we know they are buys...

Long time since we have crossed posts, I've dipped my toe in here, and will watch and see.. I also kept my ORE holding which is now doing well as POG.. So happy their.. RIFT is a long term hold, but I'm happy with that as I am trying to build a 10 year plan and exit the whole market when the better days arrive.. Lets just hope these pay their way in time..

This is a good stock, but balance your portfolio... I feel the same way about RIFT, but stopped when I reached a level, and then built up elsewhere...

When they are letting you have them below MID price, it says to me they are close to another drop.. Not sure why the two ticks down, only 497K shares traded today, and no new news out there.. EXT and KAH have held today, not that EML follow these.. Will be interesting to see which way the price moves next..

We know they are not the 600K shares @ 2p, as they are not admitted till the 30 April. I am thinking along the lines of they are part of the £5M equity drawn in tranches at market prices..i..e current price. Or they can be a company building a stake??

The way I did read it was the £600K = 30M shares @2p which comes into effect as from 30th April. The £5M was as of now to draw down in tranches... At market price for shares?
