I am going to wait until the end of the month to write another email, the last responce was the "Negotiations are essentially complete" and with the gold project going on as well, this all adds up (as they would not be able to do this without funding), the last RNS about the gold project mentioned the end of April for a deal, so as I mention before it makes sence to produce info on the Cyrus deal before / at the same time?

Read the posts on the 25/02/09, with reagrds to Creat Group, who did agreed to bank roll ZZL in a way.. Creat were meant to be cash rich, so why did they ask for some of the funds back?

Be careful here, their main finance comes from one place (read back to see who), and for a funny reason they asked for some of the cash back..

It was a sell, note it was a delayed deal from 20/04, and note the prices from that day..

Not bad thanks. I doubt it, if Cyrus are looking for this, it will be done without a holding in company note.. It will just be in the full RNS for the refinance package The deal with the gold mine is getting close, so like i mentioned before we should get the info on the refinance before this is done, makes sence..

I'm asking myself this question: So why would a LTD company with clear links aquire a PLC, and make the PLC go into administration? 1) Clear debts? Then restart 2) Take the company into Private ownership? Not that I'm saying I'm right, but we will have to see.... And this might be what Ironside want to carry on funding it.. ? If they wanted to do it with shareholder approval then a EGM, and how much do Ironside and AXE directors actually own (shares)? I'm guessing not the required %.. Again I may be wrong here..

The RNS would have said temp suspension for other reasons than administrators. When that word is used it's serious !!

From reading back in the AXE news: LONDON, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Axeon Holdings Plc: * A FY loss of below £3M from operations is expected compared with a 2007 operating profit of £0.14M * Continues to have support of its principal lender and has reached agreement on a covenant waiver until the end of February Maybe that principal lender stopped their support..... You never know why, may be the AXE board and the direction the company wants to go (too high risk?).. Which may well change now.. Just a thought

If it's happened this quick, maybe some sort of financial backing has been removed... Hence the administrators are called in to see what the position they are in.. Best case new financial backers are found (especially in the current thoughts of this industry) and the company comes out of temp suspension ... Worst case the company value is calculated and the good parts are sold off via the administrators.. Feel for the workers as well, investors may have lost a few quid in shares which everyboady knows the risk when investing, but the workers are looking at loosing their jobs (if the worst case comes).. Fingers crossed..

Was any body expecting this, sorry have not been following this stock that close? Didn't think it was close to administrators though..
