been trying to catch up with you, whats your thoughts on rio bhp jv and the kah ext situation. Will rio now jv with bhp in aus for uranium?

Are you sure about that?? Traded on AIM, I assume you are UK tax paying, so any profit will be CGT liable for you personaly (of course after the threshold)...

You probably noticed the good ship RIFT has been sold off, thus I had a few ££ to invest. Was seriously considering having a major top up in AGU, but with no new news coming out, and wanting to wait to see what happens after the Cyrus deal goes through I decided to invest in LGO.. Still have a chunk to put in here when more info is released, I have aslo sent a detailed email to Nick Hall asking for info.. So we will see..

As Sage has pointed out on the POG board. And I agree, as I still hold POG POG are in line for a good relationship with the Chinese with the ore now, especially after the bridge is built . So it's worth keeping an eye on them...

I have mentioned this before, and put the question out on Friday with no reply. But I think the tie up with RIO and BHP ha changed the game here a bit. BHP are focused on the AUS Uranium, as AUS is the worlds second biggest producer, so it would make sence now that RIO and BHP pull their resources together for this is AUS, as they have done with ore. Thus leaving the KAH situation on the backburner for a bit...

Quick question, I was reading up on GPN and the news on their page from the 22/05/09.. Has the tie up between RIO and BHP in Aus had an effect on the whole poker game with KAH etc. Considering AUS is the Worlds second biggest uranium holder, and virtually untouched due to goverment views, which are changing. And how BHP are now starting to make moves to open the already noted resources with goverment backing, will RIO now do JV's with BHP not only on the ore holding but uranium?? And leave KAH and EXT to bring in income? Just a thought..
