Sent an email to the company asking about the expected cost and return etc from this project, Responce: The objective of the joint venture with Sonagas, Sonaf is to capture and monetise gas currently flared in the Zafiro Development Area. As you may be aware, Zafiro field is the largest oil producing field in Equatorial Guinea, it has a high gas to oil ratio and has gas reserves between 500 and 750 bcf. We are currently doing gas reserves and feasibility studies and project scoping. Once these steps are completed we will be able to sign a Project Development Agreement with our partners. Only at that time will we be able to disclose the exact funding Gasol will commit to the project and provide an accurate expected rate of return.

Do you see what I mean now on how the SP will follow the new share issue price... 1.9M shares to be issues for via SEDA for 1.88p and SP closed 1.88p on Friday.. Cyrus issue we will see..

can say it now, as emailed agu the other week, gold mine should be in production by the end of 2009. BA should come out of care and maint by Q2 2010, by which time we should see some income from gold sales. Projects in brazil are of no economic value and the holding company for these is going to cease trading, at no cost to AGU. Thus the projects in greenland will be the only ones by AGU. Estimated gold production 30k oz pa.

with your interest in these have you looked into LMY? I'm not in but was reading about them...

When links to AFR are made, it is in the fact AFR are a major shareholder here, AFR has a JV with GAS for 1st option on the discoveries.. When AFR do move up the league to play with the big boys investors will start to notice these links more and take note of GAS more.. Which can only be a plus side with the work they are currently doing...

It is, buy now 3.20p.. We want a small rise, no good if it shoots up, and down just as fast. This stock has potential... And in time you will see it..

Hope you are enoying what must be the 3rd holiday of the past few months! I hope AFR do very very well, especially in the LNG front, as we know all this work will come GAS's way... And with AFR having 20% odd of these it may well make more investors take notice.. Taken a hit on ICX today, but still at a small profit after having to average down... See MWA has gone the same way today, still good prospects in Zim now with China $1B loan (in exchange for ??, well certainly not thin air)

I think you misunderstood. The RNS I posted I knew was the draw down. My thought was does the SEDA draw downs of shares actually go through as buys on what we can see (hence were they the big buys the other day? or do we not see them issued as buys?). I'm not worried about these draw downs as they are at the average price (so even though it's creating a bigger share cap they are at the current average SP) The 577M I still think the issue of these will casue another fall in SP, even though we have had the RNS on it, as these will be at a set price approx 1.33p... But we will see...

Reason for the spread, http://www.lithicme.com/top20.asp Look how much all these hold... 100% of the share cap, i.e. the mm's dont have many to play with so the spread goes up.... Interesting to see a KAH director now on board...

It's not these 2M odd trades I'm thinking of (I think I'm right in saying they are issued at the curent SP approx), it's the 577M issue that will have the effect at the set price.... Even thought we all know it's required long term for AGU...

You will have to start your own ICX board on a board from A to F in stock name as these are the only ones working, until LSE can get the rest working again...

Looks like one of the LSE servers has gone down, I can only see posts from stocks A to F, Probaly the flurry with ICX that caused it...

at a guess they have either signed the gold mine deal today, AGU have the go ahead to release the date for the GM. Or all the big trades came about at approx the same time, so it could be a single investor building a decent stake
