Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Think I'll hold for now, we know the RNS is due soon, for the GM which should be in Mid July, and the purchase of the gold mine, so time to think... I still think the SP will drop below 1.75p on the day of the new share issue (think of it as a RI at 1.33p, the SP normaly drops to that point (even for that 1 day), and considering the amount of new shares being issued look at MEC for an example)
I'm thinking the 500K trade pushed the BID up to 2p, so wondering what the 1M trade was?? And if somebody thinks the same re below...
The 1M trade @2p is that a buy or sell on L2?? Thanks.
I dont think the news will be that great, we know about the gold mine which should be sorted ASAP, we know the new share issue.. And a GM to vote on it (which it will go through) I'm thinking do I bail now and wait for the new share issue to Cyrus then get back in cheaper??? As we all know the SP will drop when that many shares get issued for approx 1.33p... Hard choice...
Getting them at sub 3p may be over for now, ASK has moved to 3.15p, so looking good.. Nice slow rise is whats needed..
All of a sudden this area does look very interesting.. That or we have been overlooking it whilst being in RIFT..
Someone has confidence 3M buy... Or they know something we dont, apart from the stock looking cheap...
Made some good cash out of these int he past.. But the clock is ticking now... Suspended as from Wednesday.. And need to find something withing 6 months of that!!! Otherwise goodbye.... http://moneyam.uk-wire.com/cgi-bin/articles/200906291430566888U.html
Lenigas is a man who see's potential, so I would of thought he knows that this could be a good go at getting this company into something, currently it's either diversify or sink from looking. LGO will invest in sites that are in good areas of the world, and can make something whilst keeping the risk to a minimum. I would have thought ITI may go down a simular path for projects that LGO seem as small fry, or let ITI build a project up and then come in for a JV if resources are proven??? Good business for Lenigas.... I'm going to stick just with LGO for the time being to see what happens, it may be along time before ITI get to the stage of investing in..
As we now GAS are looking to a market with great potential, supplying Europe and US with future supplies.. Knowing this is a good market what would Russia do? P.S. Who currently have Europe as the main customer, and want to keep it this way when their resources run dry?? Join the game? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8118721.stm We are on a winner here ;)
One day it may spike again.. I think the big spike last time (400% in a day) came when the markets were down and out, and this was a good bit of news that had a effect we may not see again.. Considering they were 0.5p at the time, and investors were desperate to claw back some profit, investors who would not have normaly jumped in did so.. Being honest, there are countless gold mining stocks out there that produce a modest gold find year on year, and they are all looking for the big find, TPJ for example.. When it comes to mining stocks I prefer to invest in one that has proven resources and the ability to make money, this will either sink or swim depending on who knocks on their door, (And I hope it does swim for the holders).. But not the type of investment I want to hold. Re your question on RIFT, yes I was, and have gone into, GAS, LGO, and waiting to top up on AGU at the right time. I did read your posts on OPE, I tend to stay away from these sectors and concentrate on natural resources whilst the stocks are cheap..
Can you run your accounting eye through this (as it's your field) and see what you think they have to play with for starting this process?? http://www.iti-plc.com/Financials/ITI%20Accounts%2030.06.08.pdf
Do you know how much ££'s they have to start this process? Or are they thinking a RI to get the cash in?
Had a quick look at LMT, but like you funds are getting low, and I only trade with what I have etc.. Yes, still with ICX, waiting for the RNS. I noticed the f.chrome contract price has given IFL a lift... That was one of my mistakes not getting in them 14p and below.. But never mind, you cannot be in everything...
Not a nice offer... 5p beow curent SP... http://moneyam.uk-wire.com/cgi-bin/articles/200906261006025710U.html
We could have said the same with RIFT, drop from 11p to 3p... It's funny how markets react, but it does give opportunities.. Plus when they were 11p GAS were not the main party in the JV.. So a good target...
If you go back a few days on here, you will see fjp73's posts with some good info on the project, estimated cost of project $500M (toatl for all partners, including Exxon), estimated return $1.8B... Not a bad project...
Yes, first buy was 700K of these.... So I do like what they are trying to do.. Also with AFREN will they want to do a ORE POG deal once its all up and running for GASOL.. Good cash to be made here... Remember it's not just this project the JV will allow them access to with Eq NG, Nigeria is also the next big step... !! Also read this for another good move to certain markets.. http://www.gasolplc.com/uploads/near-shoreproductionsystem.pdf
The full link http://moneyam.uk-wire.com/cgi-bin/articles/200906260700135523U.html Note as well he will be chairman of the steering committee..
From reading that it seems he drove the JV with SONAF and GASOL ... And if he will sit on the steering committee its a good person to have on your side but pointing the project in the right direction, i.e. down the GASOL pipes !! Steering committee's will have allot of influence in projects of this nature... Not trying to ramp here, but I see this as part of the JV deal, and it's good for GASOL...
