Richardson has already been told what shareholders want over and over again. So unless shareholders can vote him off and take over the BoD it’s a waste of time.

Better just keep up the legal action and throw them and their cohort in prison.

Could an EGM allow the shareholders to over ride and cancel the bond deals?

Could they vote Richardson off an out their own board in place?

Maidit- could the shareholders change any decisions made by the BoD in an EGM?

So if I have this correct, Fish is getting upset (via todays latest username) that a small group of high net wealth shareholders who have taken action against the crimes committed have not admitted anyone into their group since inception?

I am aware of three other groups across TG who have all asked for proof of holding and are looking to support shareholders but they are not the HNW group. Fish joined one of those groups and also managed to join another WhatsApp group but has never had any access to the HMW group. (I do not know anyone in that group either?)

Why on earth should they tell you what they are doing?

I want to thank all the individual groups who are conducting investigations and also the group taking legal action. It’s your prerogative what you choose to share on here.

I remember the “Calamari group” where only Fish was allowed to post - that group let slip many things about the ties and partnerships that have undermined this share. Those screen shots from Fish have come in very handy indeed.

So why would the head of Copl PLC turn down the JV with Exxon and all the security that would bring to instead push forward a deal for Anavio and Tennyson where the PLC would be forced to sell its prize assets?

One of the interesting red flags that have helped in the investigation are the times and frequency of posts by certain usernames. Also how those usernames post in clusters.

One example is when a username is used throughout the day and the night without any feasible sleep breaks.

Why did TW not either uncover or announce all of Richardson past companies and his legacy of destruction?

He normally cannot wait to post over and over again about directors of companies and their history when it is checkered. It doesn’t take much more than a quick google to find out about LekOil or Metallon etc and TW knew all about him, Tennyson and Anavio.

So why has TW not stuck the knife into Richardson and Gupta 6 months ago? I think the answer to that is pretty obvious. If you cannot trust him here can you trust anything he says at all?

So the board chose to not increase production and make us profitable whilst at the same time taking large salaries and travelling on private jets?

When I say Board, there is only 3 decision makers on director vote and Gupta and Richardson are two of them so they can vote on whatever suits them best.

Once all the money was spent on infrastructure and awaiting the gas that money was spent on massive salary and expense's? wtf?

Then he sends an RNS saying he needs more money as production hasn’t gone up (no gas so what do you expect?) and the only option he sees of allowing the company that appointed him to buy the company for £2.5m?

In his defence he called out the death spiral finance of Anavio signed upto by Gaffney and later the arrival of Richardson.

What I find very strange is why TW is not prepared to do a journalist deep dive investigation into the tawdry dealings of Richardson and Anavio? Others have already begun this and we know the results, yet TW who normally cannot wait to be ‘The Sheriff’ is taking the stance of taunting retail shareholders and the group fighting back.

Maybe the investigation ongoing will unearth why? His reluctance to now hunt down this story and preference to just say ‘short it’ raises eyebrows. Is there a relationship he is trying to protect?

Mr Marco D'Attanasio is the Founder and Portfoilo Manager of HADDRON CAPITAL.

Mr D'Attanasio is also an Executive Director of FENISKO LTD. Then surprise, surprise! What a coincidence! Who else is a Director of FENISKO LTD.?

None other than our "star performing" Chairman of COPL, Tom Richardson!

So what can we deduce?

Richardson and the Chairman of Haddron Capital, Marco D'Attanasio, have a direct business link by virtue of them both being Directors of FENISKO.

Following COPL's return from suspension following the Atomic acquisition, HADDRON CAPITAL sold their 5% holding in COPL. That appears to have caused the drop of the COPL SP from 64p to 38p. Oh, and note; Marco D'Attanasio (Richardson's buddy at FENISKO) also happens to be the HADDRON FUND MANAGER!

What an amazing coincidence!

So it becomes a fair question: Was that event colusion between Richardson and his buddy D'Attanasio, as part of a plan to progressively drive the COPL SP down for the ultimate benefit of ANAIO????
