Then Purdue case comes a long and suddenly it is not so cut and dried. Their lawyers will have advised them, however will they want to be the first company to try to challenge this landmark case on a US based asset?

They extended the stay - I am sure their council is working frantically behind the scenes to make a judgement call of whether to ignore the CAG and Cotter or to try to make the whole thing palatable.

If Copl board (Gaffney, Cowan and Mulholland) had come to such a large shareholder base to raise the small amounts that Anavio gave them at the under the SP deal and warrants they could have raised those sums without fail.

If they had have offered even the SP without warrants to the PI base it would have been oversold.

So it makes you seriously wonder why a leadership team would not do that first and foremost. What was the real incentive not to do so?

There’s now a very small window of time for some of the main players to speak directly to Cotter under legal agreement or face full action.

No point making promises that you will provide good info later as the deadline for talking is closing quickly.

Art has lied so many times on video and in writing. He’s wide open to a class action. Then you have Anavio, TR, the brokers, Cowan, the company lawyers and their share payments, and now Summit and their representatives including PK.

The social media campaigns via Winnifrith Inc paid posters on LSE. That’s all just in the last two years. It goes back way further and with people like Mays etc…

Summit have made no attempts to talk to any of the existing shareholders - they clearly planned this end game - they had all last year and the year before to intervene but allowed the game to play out before then using their considerable legal strength to take the lot.
