The JV was real and would have catapulted Copl into real profits. However if Anavio had decided that regardless of how sweet the deal for the company would have been, that they would reject it to further their acquisition of the company through dilution, it was inevitable that it failed last minute.

Of course there will be a digital trail of those decisions and also if people like Winnifrith were aware of that decision which the investigation will unearth. There was certainly massive confidence from certain well known posters on LSE that the JV would never be signed off despite the JVP pumping fortunes into the field test work and length of time of the field work and due diligence. So the JVP were wasting their time and money as the board would never sign it off once they removed Art from it.

Why were those posters so confident against all the official evidence in RNAs? What did they know?

Go on I’m intrigued?

How did ramping the share help the rampers make a profit?

Was that when the price rocketed up throughout the year?

The only ones that made money were the shorting group and those who had inside info and chose to trade. Not anyone going for the SP to go up.

As you say, either the FCA already have that past evidence and the new information just layers on top as the case evidence deepens. Or it’s a fine example of lying to the shareholders through official means and that basically does the same.

It is staggering when you dig just a little under the surface and see how these people operate. Inevitably they will try to bully their way out of this and threaten members of RBMs group.

However sometimes people just can’t be bullied. They have just plain had enough of these 1% ERs acting like Medieval Lords and taking whatever they want with no recourse.

That isn’t going to happen this time. The little man has some big friends and they’ve got even bigger contacts in the authorities.

So a press release from a shareholder group is issued on a UK stock that Winnifrith has regularly commented on. Despite many media outlets running the story, Share Pro phets have not commented on such a momentous moment?

How strange? They have consistently posted behind their sucker wall on Copl when any sliver of news appears yet today when all the Press including Yahoo are running it, it’s deathly silence…..?

I had a bit of fun this last 10 days. I found if i posted about Richardson then there was a little kick back but not too much. As soon as i posted about Winnifrith it didn’t take long until a different username posted a personal attack on me. Not a counter argument but normally something like “Fin you are a …..” “Fintwat” etc.

It was just what I needed to help out so I thank them.

TW very early called is as death spiral finance and got plaudits from the cabal. Now it seems that if you need the SP to crash when the outlook looked so positive, the best way was a massive short campaign and a massive negative attack on Twitter and LSE. A crashing SP would help an RTO if you could control the board of Copl decision making.

As Winnifrith continued his attacks over and over again the SP fell and the Anavio deal got worse and worse. They had board control so always voted for a worsening deal and Winnifrith carried on his attack. SP fell further. The speed of decline was nothing until Sept when Anavio’s control tightened and Art was removed from the board.

From Sept onwards the amount of ‘trolling’ on LSE and on Twitter increased dramatically. An unthinkable and unjustified additional deal was agreed by the Anavio appointed board with Anavio at an even lower strike rate.

Finally when the JV came to close off the deal, the board refused to accept the deal which would have solved any financial concern. They countered with unacceptably negative terms to the JV who had no other option after a long period of field work and cost than to cancel the deal.

Just needed a final social media attack from TW and then the final shareholder value destruction deal with Anavio got signed. Now RTO is available

His troll arrived within 7 mins.

So the stench of corruption just grows and grows.

If you were trying to undermine a company with massive assets, potential value and weak management you would need an ongoing social media campaign.

So once Anavio found its target they just needed a good friend who could spread constant negative bile across Twitter and other platforms.

If you haven’t believed anything the BoD have said in 2023 (JV, 1.9bn barrel find, massive valuations from broker notes) then why would you believe the last BoD announcement?
