Nobody will be buying this share whilst there is a civil war on. You might get a lucky trade from it, but you are always days away from a massive bond dump and huge sales going through. Trade it by all means if you can, however nobody is going to get excited by anything other than a total roll back by Anavio to pre September deal.

Who were the board members that signed off the destructive deal from September onwards? What other options did they look at? Why did they allow a renegotiated lower strike rate?

If during those months Anavio were trading the share to improve their negotiation and shorting despite having insider information then you have a very serious situation.

Whenever any subject line is posted using either Richardson or TW he immediately gets aggressive in an attempt to get a poor response that can be raised to admin for deletion. Or Fish will change the subject line to Art or something inane.

Reality is, protests aren’t needed. Investigations into all the characters in this play are well under way and evidence has been passed on. RBM and his team are too savvy to give the game away or even show a chink of a gap in the armour to post anything on here that would tip off where the investigation is now at.

It has absolutely no impact what Fish and the new usernames post here as the action is already underway. They can sneer and abuse as much as they like but they’ve had no impact on that Action group.

The more they post, the more people recognise the corruption. It’s now not just one group taking action, there are 3 that I am aware of. Plus individuals too sending in complaints will all add weight to the authorities involved.

Morning Bob. As you know action has already been underway for weeks now. Also those very wealthy individuals taking the fight forward are not like us retail investors. They have the sheer wealth to run a protracted legal fight to the end. It might help if there is a legal firm partner in that attack too?

I’m sure if those powerful people hadn’t already realised which authorities they need to push the result they wouldn’t be where they are financially?

You don’t need to concern yourself (insert username of latest disruptive) on how high net wealth individuals decide to spend that HNW

If they choose to pursue this legal route they have begun and it costs them £millions then that is their prerogative. No point telling them how hard it will be or how much it will cost (when has that ever stopped celebrities, royalty or billionaires pursuing a court case where they feel aggrieved?)

They have the massive financial resources to use Forensic accountants, lawyers, private investigators, ethical hackers, AI software, political lobbying groups and more.

So thank you for your concern however your comments look amateurish and naive. Only thing that can stop that Juggernaut now is a roll back of this whole sorry episode or for certain individuals involved, whistleblow to reduce their own personal impact at the costs of others in their group.

I certainly wouldn’t want to be either part of a group taking advice to short on this stock, or worse, being paid to post on social media an alternative false narrative
