Money is getting tighter in this company and most are now shorting this via spreads.

One thing is sure. No company is ever going to trust Anavio again after this charade.

There will be enough bad press across social media and probably written media to come, in regards to the naked shorting of Anavio and how they destroyed the value for shareholders.

Any company having conversations with Anavio will be expected to do due diligence and they will see a train of fines, fraud and corrupt board members.

Tom Richardson will forever be attached to this. He can either sit there like Pontius Pilate and wash his hands, or he do the right and correct thing now before the legal case and investigation makes life horrific for him.

Well this was my share of 2023 and one of only a couple I held onto and didn’t trade (barring a small slice to allow a free ride).

Smalltrader does that mean that since the group opened up and starting to take definitive action and investigations that you haven’t been part of it? Nor are aware of anything that the group has done since and is doing right now as we speak?

This could get very serious very quickly unless the Copl board and Anavio decide to cease their decimation of the share price via Dilution.

They’ve already taken multiples of their actual investment out of the company in sold bonds and interest payments.

RNS states expect an update before year end.

I only sliced 20% of my holding overall and after averaging 1.8 it made sense to bag some profit. This is a cracking company to invest in, SB has set out a clear direction.

I’m always happy to bank profit and look for free rides where I can on long holds.

I thought this would stabilise at around 20p however support is blown and little stopping this being 15p before YE.

Tranny a couple of weeks ago telling all on Vela to sell up, it’s a dog etc. Now it’s bagged and today a positive RNS for them so could potentially triple bag from Trannys SP guidance.

Always makes you wonder why people are advising others to sell up?
