I warned you early Jan that the forensic investigation into paid posters had begun and Coplherder disappeared a day later. Both the shorting crew and the bondholders benefitted from the collapsing SP. TW and Gary have both shouted loudly that they stated that you should short this stock.

The FCA are involved now and the change in direction by the bond holders and individuals involved can be levelled strongly by the action of the authorities.

Your mocking of the Action group shows your fear. The authorities didn’t pick this up by chance. The media didn’t pick this up by chance. The action group and their legal teams have set the wheel in motion. It’s gathering pace. The more you squeal and try to obsfucate the more you look guilty. Coplherder going was just the evidence needed to help the investigation as was the fast draw responses of Fish whenever TW was mentioned.

Justice isn’t going to hurt any small retail investor posting positively about their investment.

So we know the authorities are having conversations with our charlatan friends. We know the links between all the parties and the Cayman Islands based companies such as Anavio, Tennyson, Atlas, Gaffney, TW and even his wife.

We know people in the employ are paid to post on here to assist driving down the SP to allow massive dilution through bond issue.

We know Anavio and others were trading and selling off shares days before an official RNS went out that they were converting and this was repeated. Also those appointed by Anavio to make decisions such as Gupta and Tom Richardson oversaw this massive dilution to the benefit of Anavio and others and did not alert the authorities of any concerns.

There are manny successful group actions in the UK every year (US call them class actions). Many are tens or hundreds of millions of pounds versus companies and paid out by both the company and insurers. Trolling doesn’t hide this.

The bit that the authorities really love to prosecute is insider trading. Especially where there are several shadowy groups thinking they’d get away with it and where HMRC can see money made and tax avoided.

This will begin as a civil action and will end up as criminal convictions. Being a foot soldier in one of these groups is not a valid excuse or defence.

So when you write your articles on Twitter laughing at ‘unsophisticated investors’ TW and Gary, these are the people you are sneering at.
