Lol yes please do carry on posting whatever negative factual comments you can find for the Benefit of all investors and in no way trying to influence the price for your personal gain.. we are all really enjoying reading your posts....
Antharry, we are all awaiting what we hope is positive news which of course is frustrating !! Patience is needed these things take time.. the way you keep posting such negative comments and old articles about the past is not helping anyone apart from people that have sold and hoping to get back in cheaper like yourself maybe ??? It’s also disrespectful to holders to de ramp their investment!! If you and are so angry with this company and it’s management why not sell and look elsewhere.
Hi Sarah, yes I agree with all your 1-9’ points.. the bigger picture is opening up and that’s just simple mining copper for money and we have massive amounts of copper to sell.. simple really and the market is now waking up to that fact and confidence is growing.. buying it obviously getting bigger and will continue to get bigger as we continue to mine !! Tier 1 bank backing would be a massive show of confidence but not essential as we have cash to organise our dept better and I’m sure atlas will be realising we are now a better company since we took out their financing and will be more than willing to agree similar terms to the tier one bank after all we have been through to make the bank happy with all the due diligence and reorganisation of the company setup ie 100% ownership of the mine and cash available etc...it’s a win win situation just how quick we win is the question but next year will be a transformational year for us and I for one am holding tight for a long term life changing investment...
Hi Sarah, been reading your posts and agree with what you said about Ap. He has been hounded to give dates, times figures interviews etc and be more open which he has and which the traders love as it’s a constant build up of news only to sell within first ten minutes of good news, for their 10% if lucky ! Then de ramp to get back in lower for next news and so on !! they have killed this SP.. good news has been abused by these guys !! and placings which we have needed would have been done at a higher price accordingly.. I agree with Ap’s new approach we are now like every other company you will have to pick the bones out of quarterly/ half year or full year figures.. traders and derampers will get burnt and long term holders will get their well deserved loyalty repaid and some...
APD, I would say it’s the placings that are the main reason for share price at present. No surprise there but we needed money to get where we are and most of the placing shares were churning through until this last one which maybe scared people as it’s a bigger chunk but we have to jump for the bank how high is up to them. For me I see it as bargain basement shares and time to buy what you can, nothing worse when a share re-rates and you didn’t buy enough whilst falsely discounted. I also am suspecting new investors wanted in cheap. Maybe a lot of people need or want confirmation first and prepared to pay a premium to have hopefully the good news.
Delays didn’t help either but what a year ! we have done well to get where we are.
copper price is a massive weight off our shoulders and a big positive that what we produce will be in high demand for a very long time.....
Hi Apd, I’m not quite sure I follow what you mean. Are you suggesting the company is overvalued because of vast’s dept which we basically have in the bank from last couple of placings and sales which are of course price sensitive. I think share price should be at least x4 of where we are now. Share price has been traded to death but one day the traders will get burnt trying to get their 10% here and there. I am in for the real money. Hopefully news on bank deal this week will restructure dept and allow us to ramp up production much quicker and should be transformational for the company. GLA
It was never going to be an easy ride here since getting the license.. a lot of money was always going to be needed but no where near how much it would take to get an exploration company into production. We are so undervalued for what we have compared to some like Greatland who are years from production but have astronomical market caps.
Placing after placing so close to each other has never let the share price recover/rise but it was a necessary evil to get us to where we are now hopefully on the cusp of being a profitable self sufficient mining company which could in years to come be a take over target for the big mining company’s as they will be scrambling to find copper in the future. joint venture opportunities maybe the way forward for other assets we have as AP stated in interview.
We just need to prove ourselfs first to be taken seriously. When the bank deal goes through it will be massive for us especially after the bank have been through us with a fine tooth comb and I’m sure the whole process has made us a better more investable/cleaner company for it. Owning the whole mine now and Ap being aligned with shareholders can only be a good thing going forward. I’m not AP biggest fan but it can’t have been easy for him to get us where we are, he is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t where many others would have failed.
Well said James !! Exactly how I feel too..
Max, we will all find out soon enough.. I think they had to do what they had to do to get the deal through.. hopefully short term pain for long term gain.. I for one am excited about the future.
Hi max, sorry but no one can explain anything about the placing apart from vast and the bank. Hopefully good news this week and all will become apparent.
Has everyone lost all hope here ! We all know why we invested because we believe that we have a great asset that once on its feet will make a lot of ££££.
Yes it’s so frustrating and most are underwater including me !!
This last placing was a shock and completely unexpected but after realising if that’s what it takes to get a tier 1 bank on our side then so be it. I can understand that it’s less risk for the bank if we are in a more stable financial position.
With this bank onboard we will scale up to full production quicker, also our other Romanian assets can be brought forward once we are making healthy profits, atlas can be paid back so we will be a very low cost producer of copper which everyone wants and which the world will struggle to produce in coming years so prices will just get higher.
Selling now would be risky after all we have been through ! Yes it’s been a tough ride but we are nearly there ! Imagine looking back in a few months time to see share price has at last gone up to somewhere near fair value.
Hopefully good news this week on bank deal will makes us all feel more positive again !
