Hebridean9, I don’t agree that H&W is not undervalued, it clearly is. The fact that the institutional investors aren’t buying is simply because their rules and investment protocols preclude purchases at the moment. I would imagine that if an EON or BP type were to take an interest, or we joined the main market, then new buyers would quickly emerge.

From my reading in the recent past it seems that perhaps the CEO and FD were a little premature awarding themselves the large bonuses as they did. Nevertheless I do believe that they are making good progress even if JW has a tendency to over emphasise at times without the timely outcomes he predicted. I cannot predict when the sp will respond to the potential at H&W but I am confident it will arrive in the not too distant future.

Liberum Capital were appointed almost six months ago. So far we’ve heard nothing from or of them. It’s not beyond possible that they were primarily engaged to facilitate a raise to help fund IM and a move into the main market. In the meantime I expect the sp to continue to check and slide in the short term, perhaps even to challenge the March low of 12.75p. I shall continue to build my holding over the next few months.
