Volumes are pretty thin atm, but during the course of the next few trading days, I, for one will be adding a third tranche to my holding. I see no reason for selling IM. A partnership would provide substantial cash now and hopefully an assured income for decades to come, from about four years hence. . This will permit good divis and ongoing investment .

Imo Island Magee, when operational will produce tremendous income for its owner for at least forty years. We should keep it, even in partnership, to help give us all fabulous divis. Selling, imo, will simply lead to a huge cash boost leading to a temporary spike in the sp a great clamour from traders then a gradual fall….. a lesser option for me.

I’m interested to see more detailed proposals. At the moment, I don’t see how this is going to be implemented.

It seems, from current volumes that investors are expecting the usual slide in sp following the two rns’. I think this time is different. Considering the work incoming and the £77m of investment into Belfast, of which just £12m is coming from Harl, and now maybe just a month from IM news, a major re-rate is now underway imo.

Nice sentiments. I hope other lths who, maybe understandably have fallen by the wayside, see what’s happening here and think to get back in.
