Damn it, months of watching paint dry and when something exciting happens I'm otherwise engaged, think that happened last time.

Pilot extended to get more data on actual loans issued which we have a low conversion rate due to new governance measures, because we have no meaningful data new IIs dont want to invest at this stage - no **** Sherlock. RI will be for £45m at 19-1, 15m for claimants and 30 to keep the lights on until we get enough loans out the door. The BoS club are all trying to chip in to cover the RI should the rest of us not take up ours, may have an answer next week but not needed until may. Derampers are back in force because they're knobs.

Is anyone able to call in at 1pm? Worth clarifying the positive outcome in the coming days. The RNS is clear the RI doesnt have to be done until end May, it may be a case that they may have a solution this week with minority holders but it doesnt say it's a deadline.

I'm in the country, I went out side, closed my eyes and listened carefully, I did hear a pig squeal but no fat lady singing.

We're down less than a penny, we've seen spreads worse than that.

Not the best RNS granted, is it warning to us, plead for investors or asking the FCA to revisit terms?
RI, doesnt need to be 40m, the only condition is 15m i suspect the extra 25m was to add a buffer, justify the RI particularly the 19to1...it also doesn't have to be done until May. All we need between now and end of Feb is confirmation the governance procedures work. FCA ok that and we can lend 35m until May...we can promote our loans and get the real business data to attract investors.

I reiterate, a falling SP is never good! Sub 4p again, ffs. Atleast Clive and Joe are keeping the trades above their 18 threshold.

If you're planning on selling rights then you want a higher SP and again today's prices is irrelevant if it pans out as I hope...RNS confirming pilot was a success in that we have FCA approval and it showed there is business out there, it may also confirm RI details which 'should' need a vote by us. So unless they immediately suspend trading SP 'should've reflect the details provided rather than our current guess work. I think, on no sound basis, the SP will be closer to 6p by then.
I also think life is like a box of chocolates so listen to me at your peril.

No back ground in a RI like this but I can tell you for fact that a falling SP is never good! If you fully take up your rights the current SP is almost irrelevant as on relisting its unlikely the market will value us as current Mcap £20m plus the new £40m, if that's what it is, but it will be valued on future potential based on figures from pilot, which we haven't seen. I'm betting on the pilot saying we'll get more than 3 new customers a week and that within 6mths the the new SP will be multiples of the RI price....but no where near the current SP.

Indeed Rick, so pleased I was inspired by Fenders posts early Oct, up 50% in 3mths and I can see another 50% from here this year....for a low risk stock! Not any old share but a M&S share, best season ticket out there, get it now for a reduced price.

If they just raise the £40m then that's twice the current Mcap so my guess is you'll need double of whatever your current holding is worth. But obvs we dont know details of the RI so all guess work at the mo.

Not just any trading update, that was a M&S update. Far better than expected a few weeks ago and all looking good going forward. Didn't hit my expected £1.40 for Christmas but we got there in the end, was also expecting to atleast tickle £1.50 this week, as we all should on that update. £1.75 by year end, only 4mths for another 20% and hopefully breach £2 during the summer following an announcement of dividend. Good luck all.

Where's all this blind optimism come from? 2042, not a chance, maybe for the next delay RNS.

Sangi, thanks for your informative posts, I do like it when you're in a positive mode but if I was to work out how much time I've spent just reading them over the last 18mths I could have earned my investment back from a paper round.

RED, to answer your question, Ffs, if you get the chance to double up for a four time at a tenth of you current holding you'd have to be stupid not to, stupid is...sadly we won't get the chance.

Hmm, at 6p add in our shares and that values the company at £20m, surely the market will value the rescued company higher...dont think I'll see my 63p Ave. Would have been nice with could have taken part in an RI. But as you say anything we get back is better than nothing and see what the next 12mths brings.
