I presume the assumption was the 60p is pre decimalisation, post RI world being 3p, still mcap of 285m - if we are lending at 150-250m yr shouldn't be unreasonable...though prefer a 5.7b mcap, that's my break even!

I didn't think any of it was for future lending just to keep lights on, they should have some of the 35m left that was set aside for this and then the draw down. If it is then do they need all of the 45m, equally paying off the remaining 50m.

I think there's a requirement on all businesses raising significant amounts via an RI that it must leave them with enough to run the company for 12mths, not raise and fold next day with a big pay off.

Hope it was a big bill as it didn't work out for them, perhaps they were still drunk. More importantly let's hope that's 1.50 tested as a back stop and we can now continue our journey north.

It does appear they've started to take the happy pills, just need to get the correct dosage. Slight concern they havent increased the monthly lend much, yet they're still expecting 150 by year 2, based on what? Did you friend not know what guarantor meant? Did your friend not know the person they were guarantor for and ask them if they could afford it? Did they read the contracts? Do they think it's fair that shareholders should loose 95% of there hard earned yet claimants will get back 50% of what they couldnt afford but some how must have. I'll take personal responsibility for investing here but so should claimants, this isnt a Nanny state. Oh, and if they've only been suffering for two years we've been suffering for longer and by the way if it is that timeframe then more thougher checks were in place so they should be ok.

Not just yours, I think its exactly that...dear FCA no one is willing to lend us money while they dont know what the fine will be, please can you help by clarifying or face embarrassment by letting us fail.

And let's hope it also comes with and update on increased lending monthly output, say 2-3mth.

I'd go with the official RNS and say the article is a typo, but ffs it must be true, either way anyone in two minds about investing will have swung our way today.
