Ok, we know the next steps, successfully complete the pilot, FCA approve relending and then RI announced. I presume in the RI announcement they'll have to have IIs to back the full value incase we dont take up our rights, ignoring tail swallowing. At that point, surely the market has to be considering future value of the business, again, ignoring past performance of the SP (post SOA2), surely there's a good chance of a rally as other investors get shares so they can take part in the RI? Clive and Joe best hope for an abacus for Christmas.

JJ, yes Amazon sell everything but they were set up and have the physical set up to do that, however if you ordered your food, sleepers and socks through them the food would come separately, theres even a chance the socks and slippers won't come together. I've had clothes orders from M&S that have ended up being delivered separately, fortunately free delivery. It would be a huge investment to get closer to Amazon but still with no guarantee your order would be delivered in one, what is the benefit, is it really that critical you get your slippers and food together? The real answer for me is to get the delivery costs down, M&S Prime?

I'm with you morti, I cant or daren't buy all 19 new shares but I'm seriously looking at tail swallowing, never done it before but if theory holds, although diluted the value of my holding remains the same....unless of course the company rerates after completion, will it only be the current 21m plus 40m? We don't know what the RI will be or how the market will respond but I cant wait to find out.

Morti, I did some guess work *** packet calcs a couple of months ago for 19-1 @ £40M, will be in my history, from memory at current SP you'll need double your current holding value to fully take part or if you tail swallow you'll be diluted to 30%, if SP goes up to 6p before that changes to 'just' 50%. Get a spreadsheet and have play and guess what value the company could be and see how that impacts when you'll be back in profit or happier to sell.

Nothing new to report, we're coming to the end of the minimum2mths pilot which is to be followed by an assessment period to check our new products or more importantly governance process are fit for purpose so that we get the green light from the FCA to start relending proper, albeit limited to 35m until May23. This could happen anytime from now to end Feb or its curtains. The RI will be for 'about' 40m and 'atleast' at 19 to 1, again this can happen at any time between now and end May...or its curtains. I cant see it happening before FCA approval but will need to be announced to allow enough time for it to happen by end of May and that includes convincing us dirty holders to vote for it.
Let's just hope whoever's counting the vote it's not Joe or Clive.
