RE: Realistical Price Movement3 Oct 2022 14:06
We are where we are and it isnt that bad a place how I see it. Just been out for a fag and used the back of the packet for some calculations.
Current SP 3.8p, 475m share equals £18m Mcap, add 9bn more share for £40m at 0.443p gives an exrights price of 0.61p a share, £58m Mcap. If I can sell my rights at 0.168p each, I sell 14 to buy the remaining 5, I now have 6 out of 20 shares in issue. Ok diluted to 30% but that's not 95%, should be 50%! Now those new 6 share are worth close to the same as my original 1, correct? Ok, if this is all done it's because we have a business going forward, new investors won't have come in for the Mcap to stay at £58m, at £75m with an SP of 0.0789p I'm £1k better of than I am now. Mcap at £153m the SP will be 1.6p and I break even on my current 9.7p Ave.
Ok theoretical but do my figures stake up, am I missing anything?
It's been a long journey but I invested in the future business and I value that way above £153m and still have hope to see that by Christmas...next year, perhaps double the year after.
