I like the idea of it, don't know about the financials but a good fit, quality, pricing, customer base and I'd have thought the bright colours would work well with the new stores. Added benefit being the county shows, throw in a delivery of sandwiches to save buying a £8 burder.

Ppopp, it's back to if you had to how much more would you be willing or able to put in here at RI, is it better to miss an opportunity than take part an loose, bit of a deal or no deal moment, which will upset you more. I know guessing what the SP may do is slightly wasted time as we don't have any meaning full detail, for me its helps pass time but more importantly let's me consider what may happen and what would I do. You can guess at the SP or as you have done guess at the future Mcap, if everything goes to plan and in 2 years we're lending at 200-300m/yr at 20% profit we're not going to be sat at 25m Mcap. It wont be a straight line and it doesn't look like there will be a jump after each hurdle, but what will happen after the final RI hurdle and the first trading update after that, all, ignoring Amigo time, should occur in the next 12mths, perhaps sooner.

Sorry should add in for clarity, my hope is the worst case at RI is I can sell some rights to buy the remainder, tail swallowing, the FCA may have this on their radar and as they dont particularly like us, ensure that doesn't happen, beyond my trading knowledge! Add to the risk list, what if you don't have the option to sell your rights, by which time the SP will have plummeted, you're option then is to accept 95% dilution or take part in the RI and throw more money in. Have that in mind with however many shares you have pre RI, what would you do, would you have money to take part or be happy to take the loss?

Current holders will get offered the new shares at the same price as the new II investors, is it discounted is slightly misleading or a yes no. Say today's price is 4.5p an RI is done at 4p to double the number of shares in issue then, all things being equal the new SP would be 4.25p, so yes the shares you bought at 4p have been discounted by .25p but at the same time your original shares have just lost .25p so you got no discount. The new investor will have benefited by the discount which is part of their incentive to invest but their real driver should be the same as yours, what will the impact be on the company with that new money...if it isnt something to propel the SP then why bother.

In terms of why buy now or after is an investors risk choice, I'm in by the way. Over the last two years there have been significant hurdles to cross and the risk of failure was high, as I see it theres less risk between now and post RI bed of Rose's new Amigo but there are risk. The pilot should just be a formality but there a risk the processes dont work, take ages to get sign off or ultimately prove there isnt a business case. RI the case to invest looks good to me but what if no one else sees it and RI only raises 12m? What if deadlines are missed? The unknown fine is also a risk. Alot of these risks sit with what will the FCA do, can you see them making Amigo fail and losing the claimants redress?

The low risk is to buy after, however, you need tickets now to get the RI shares and new main investors aren't buying at that price for them to open the day after at the same price.
