RE: 4% down29 Jan 2023 00:05
Hi Stevielad, check the time of my post, 6pm Friday, I was in a good mood and it was only getting better with each gulp.
Agree with what's being said about suppression of SP, but why, is it...
1. BoD simply can't string a good rns together?
2. Bod are worried or have been told to get SP down otherwise with a bit of tail swallowing shareholder's won't be diluted enough?
3. As above but to attract new investors as they'll get a big chunk of the cake
4. Put pressure on FcA to confirm fine
5. We really are in trouble
6. Put fear in to us to ensure we vote on the 'only real option,' and accept it.
Whatever it is, surely by the time the RI is confirmed they will have a backup in place for the 45m, which has to be based on an increase to 1m/mth. Even if FCa haven't confirmed loan they can't make it too high otherwise the business folds at which point claimiants could get less than in winddown.
I'm confident, perhaps hopeful, that by the time the RI takes place the market will see the potential value and all hurdles have been passed and value us than more than now...doomed to fail.
Like you I've been here a while and currently showing a loss, but I stayed when I could have moved on, but we didn't, why?
